 + -1 moreTechnician showed up on time, checked system, and performed requested service. Nothing too exciting, which is a good thing. We did not really know how much it was going to cost until the tech gave us the bill, which is a bit annoying, but understandable since he had to figure out how much refrigerant we would need.
Description of Work: We had the refrigerant recharged in our system. We most likely have a leak, but we did not have that fixed due to time and money restraints.

Description of Work: He was hired to figure out why we were not getting heat in the winter. He found out that our furnace filter was too big, even though another heating and cooling company sold that filter to us.

 + -1 moreVic Vitt swiftly and efficiently repaired the system and got it up and running by 2:30 PM. I am sure he had a better Saturday planned then spending it in my basement fixing my A/C, but he answered the page and was completely courteous and professional. We are EXTREMELY happy with the service call and the result. When something goes wrong, it seems to be at the most inopportune time. This was no exception. We have relatives visiting this week and needed the house to be cool. It is! I highly recommend Vitt Heating and Air Conditioning.
Description of Work: Air Conditioner was running constantly but not cooling. Upon investigation I discovered the coil was frozen solid. I called Vitt Heating and Air Conditioning at 8:15 AM on a Saturday. They got right back to me and they arrived at 12:30 that afternoon and quickly diagnosed the problem as a leak in the suction line.
