Description of Work: I purchased a deal. They came out last October and I showed them what needed to be done. They said they would come the following week and do the work. Since it was outside work, they said I didn't need to be home when they came. They never showed up and then the weather got too cold. When I contacted Angie's List and told you that I had paid but not received the service, you contacted them and they came out within a couple of days and did the work. It looks good. Just sorry it took so long

Description of Work: Tuckpointing on front porch brick. Repair large crack in porch. |Work was fine, service was fine. Cost more expensive than first discussed.

Description of Work: Repaired chimney crown and cap, repaired voids in grout on brick front of house and chimney and made repairs to cracks on the concrete foundation. Work was well-done and Steve and his team were great to deal with. Good value.

Description of Work: I bought a deal for $99 for Three Hours Of Concrete Or Masonry work. I needed four cement blocks re-set for which the mortar had failed. Steve from Taylor's Tuckpointing was professional and very helpful. He did the job for the $99 and did not charge any more. It took him awhile before coming out and completing the work, but for such a small job I understand. He did a great job and I would recommend their work.

Description of Work: Had Steve out to take a look at a few places on our house that needed tuckpointing. He did a great job explaining what needed to be done and was quick to get us an estimate. He did a great job matching our current mortar and even patched some areas where our brick was cracked.

Description of Work: We had a large crack in our fireplace hearth. The crack was filled in and it looks much better.

Description of Work: They did masonry work on the front floor foundation of my house. Because they had so many people taking this deal it took them a while to get to me. However, once they did they were very professional the job good and I will be using them again in the future.

Description of Work: Very poor experience with this contractor. Initial scheduling took over a week which, admittedly, was as much my fault as theirs. With that being said, we finally got it scheduled, and on the day of the appointment, they were a complete no-show, and no-call. Still haven't called to this day to explain/apologize/reschedule, but I wouldn't want them working on my project at this point anyway.

Description of Work: Steve & Jennifer Taylor contacted me promptly for an estimate for some brick work, showed up in time to do the work for the agreed upon price, did a good job and clean-up, very nice people, recommend them highly.

Description of Work: I bought a $300 deal for $149. I had a box of rocks, which I could carry, to replace in a stone wall. Taylor wanted $700 to do the work and I said no way. That was not a deal at all. Please call me if you have any questions. Lyle Lehmbeck
