Kennedy Painting

I have never used a professional painting service before, so I was unsure what to expect. From consultation through implementation, the Kennedy team was a pleasure to work with and did a fantastic job. I could not be happier, and I look forward to working with the team again on a future project. Special thank you to Ryan and his team for how lovely a job they did.

Very well. You cannot see at all where the water damage on the ceiling was! The team was very professional and everything looks perfect!

The crew was courteous and prompt, but seemed to hurry through the job. Quality was inconsistent during the job, by the end of the job it was OK, but several walls had spots that were missed and had to be touched up (not small spots and not just a few). Crew didn't check paint color of accent walls and painted the walls before realizing paint color was off (paint store's fault but crew didn't do a test patch to check it). Extended the job by a day and accent walls had to be repainted (no extra cost to me). Communication wasn't great - no notes at end of day as to what was done that day and when they would show up the next day. I waited for them one morning and learned that they weren't planning to show up until later (we had set a tentative plan but it wasn't confirmed by them so I didn't know when to expect them). A simple note or call could have given me what I needed to know. Crew was always respectful and professional and willing to fix the issues when I brought them to their attention, which was great, but I think there should have been fewer issues for a fairly small job. In the end, the job got done, but I had to do more oversight and quality control than I would have expected with such an experienced company. I might hire them again but would definitely try another company first.

The work was excellent. The cove molding looks like nothing had ever displaced it. The painters are professional, respectful, and courteous. I specifically requested that they use Benjamin Moore paints (not their usual brand), and they did so willingly.

Work done on schedule. Good communication. Looks good. Exterior wood is now protected for years. Left unused paint.

They did an excellent job! I will definitely recommend them and absolutely use them, again.

They moved my furniture around for me to get the painting done and it has not looked this good in a long time. They were at my home for 6 days prepping, moving the furniture and then painting with 2 coats of paint. They did a very good quality job. Tim Heine made sure I was satisfied with the work, he was the lead painter on my job and he is very much appreciated. I would highly recommend this company to others.

Kennedy was great to work with and I'd recommend them to anyone needing the exterior of their house painted. They were very professional and responded to our questions and feedback immediately. All the guys on our project were great, but the foreman (Rick) did an outstanding job of communicating with me throughout the project and making sure we were satisfied.

Wonderful. First Amy came to help me decide on a color. She was very helpful. Additionally, she had large samples of possible colors that I could put on the wall to get a idea of how the walls would look at different times of the day. Kennedy Painting was very flexible with my schedule. Wade arrived promptly on the scheduled start day. He spent time cleaning and preparing the walls and painted the ceiling the first day. Everything went smoothly and Wade was fantastic. The result is gorgeous and I am thrilled. I can't wait for my first guests.

I was very pleased with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the worker. The estimator suggested a great deal and I hired a painter for a day. The painter was punctual, worked diligently and finished the job in the eight hours. I am getting ready to hire them again for another project.

Kennedy Painting did an excellent job painting and staining our deck. They have exceptional customer service and really pay attention to what you want. We've gotten several compliments on their work.

Great. The employees returned calls promptly, were friendly and courteous and showed up at the scheduled time. The work was completed timely and in a professional manner at the quoted price. The material used during the project was picked up and taken with the crew when they left.

After selecting Kennedy, we had a family medical situation that required as to put the work on hold for a few months. They were very supportive in rescheduling the work and worked to meet our schedule once we were again ready. The painters were professional and courteous. They were very communicative about setting expectations on when they would arrive and what they were planning to complete each day. They moved the heavier furniture both before and after the work. They put up plastic over the room entry way to avoid dust getting into the rest of the house (removing popcorn creates a lot of dust) and cleaned up thoroughly after the job was completed. They had originally estimated the job would take 3 days but it ended up taking 4 (the extra day was related to the popcorn ceiling). Would (likely will) hire they again for future painting needs.

Excellent!! ... from start to finish. The process from first meet w/project-estimator to final review of on site-work is a welcomed relief and exemplifies customer service - as it should be. What was of even greater appreciation is their scheduling my last needs as a "rain option" which beat a lead time projection of ~8wks. Please note , what first sold me on Kennedy (circa Fall of 2015) was their painter for half a day (4hrs @ $250.00 total); wherein, I was able to repaint my 2nd story window pediments and allowed opportunity to vet their responsibleness & responsiveness of future needs - it only got better from there...

We had the same painters for the whole job. Ethen and Dustin did an excellent job protecting everything and did a very exceptional, high quality job doing the actual painting. They were very professional, friendly, and highly skilled. They also offered some very welcomed suggestions regarding the actual work being performed. Thanks fellows and Kennedy painting for a job well done.

Not so well, the people I dealt with were awesome, they were friendly and all seemed very professional. However, the final result is more than disappointing. Even after calling them back, the sales guy came back, he agreed with me the work was done poorly. The room where the wall paper was removed, the glue was still on the wall in many places and had been painted over, they also used cheap rollers which left a weird texture in the paint as well as flicking little speck of paint on my cork flooring (which i will have to replace because we can not get the paint to come off) also, many but tiny specks of paint on the adjacent wall in the stairwell , so my dark accent wall has to be repainted. They neglected to do sanding and patching to the wallpapered room so that room had to be completely redone when they came back. They sent the same crew back to fix the issues, the crew were very nice, but the work they did I am sorry to say is just not good. Nail pops, and other prep work just not done before painting and the fact that I have to repaint a wall next to where they painted because of paint specks flicked on it about a foot from the corner the whole length of the wall (which is a 20ft tall wall) and having to replace flooring! I think part of the problem is they did not bring or use the equipment they needed, such and lighting, they used cheap rollers, and did not do a great job covering the floor. Long story short, I can not recommend. This part is weird, but they were so nice, I feel badly calling them back again, even though I am unhappy with the work. So I am hiring someone else to fix what they could not in two attempts.

Very smoothly. I work from home and was really please with how hard the team worked and how quickly they got things done.

We've had numerous painters over our 32 years in our home, and these folks were by far the most professional, excellent crew we've ever had. They did superb work, arrived on time, were courteous and professional and efficient. Can't recommend them highly enough.

The crew with Eric as lead were very hard working. Cost a bit more than estimated but in ballpark of expected and seemed fair. All workers were prompt, courteous, and professional. Areas were cleaned as appropriate. Very responsive to a few small "extras" as requested.

I think I said it all in the previous section. BOTTOM LINE....KENNEDY PAINTING RUNS A VERY PROFESSIONAL AND TOP-NOTCH OPERATION!!!!!

They painted my bedroom. They moved all the furniture and covered everything well. I also needed the wallpaper removed from my bathroom. They repaired and sanded the walls where needed after the wallpaper was removed and painted everything. I needed a small touch up and they were very responsive. The workers were very courteous and I trusted them in my house. I have used Kennedy for years and will call them in the future when the need arises.
