Administratively, Hoffman Bros did not handle my request except that they sent a very well qualified pumber to my house. I had detailed the work required to Home Advisor but Michelle from Hoffman professed to have no knowledge of my requirements except Ihad a clogged drain. She refused to provide a rough quote and said that the minimum charge was $65. Since Home Advisor listed only one company, I had to use Hoffman's repairman. He thought I needed a floor drain cleared so he spent 28 minutes bringing equipment to an outside cleanout hole and repacking them in his truck once I told him he was wasting my money. Drains of 3 sinks were clogged.

My seweer drain was backed up. They initally said that they could get to it "tomorrow", but when I urged them to come today they have called their service guy and he showed up in about 30min.! Drain unclogged!! Sinak plumbing is fantastic!
