Matt took my call and was able to provide me with a bid on the same day. Other companies I've contacted still have yet to return my call. I really appreciated his sense of urgency as we had a branch that was hanging over wires that looked like it was ready to snap. The work was done the following week. I am very satisfied with the speed of the service that was performed and the professionalism with Matt and his crew. I am very particular - and the trimming looked professionally done, and well shaped. Also, any questions or concerns I had were promptly addressed and taken care of with ease. Thanks so much!

Matt was very prompt in coming by to give us a detailed bid. He and his team were there for 3 days from beginning to end. They were very courteous and polite and even cleared existing branches that were on the ground. They cleaned the area up before they left, we were very pleased and would recommend them. We will use them for any additional work needed

Crew showed up on time but took entire day to trim all three trees. We were told it would only be four to five hours. This wasn't a big deal to us as we were home for the day anyway. After trimming trees, I asked for some "touch up" and they did what I asked. They cleaned up good, but left indentations and tire marks in the yard. Again, not a big deal but thought they could have let me know. I didn't notice until the next day. Overall, they did a good job.

This was the lowest bid I received by about $200, and Matt was willing to honor the price even though I only called to have the work done about four months after the initial bid. He and his crew came out at 9 one morning and were done in just a few hours. They ground the stump and cleaned up in my yard and the neighbor's yard. If I decide to cut down the other two weed trees in the back yard, I'll call Matt again.

Service provider came out after a few days and gave me an estimate and cut down the 3 trees the very next day.

Matt and his team were awesome. They were responsive, professional, thorough and fast getting the work completed. I live in the city with shared fences and they did a great job of trimming the trees in a very tight situation--they had everything they needed to get the job done--it was neat to watch. The team made sure that I was happy with the work before they left. They also did a great job of cleaning up. I would highly recommend them.

Not well, I spoke to him on the phone on three different occasions at which time he told me when he would come by and give me an estimate. He never showed at all. Very disappointing and not professional.

We received an excellent quote in a timely manner. The work was completed in a timely manner. The tree was removed, and they very thoroughly collected and removed all of the additional branches and leaves that came down with the tree.

After some initial glitches, it went great and we were very happy with Hanneke Tree Care and Landscaping. They did there best to accomodate our schedule and the end result is lovely.

I just want to say how amazing this company is! They were by far the cheapest bid we received. (I got close to 20 bids that were more than double the price of theirs) They were very thorough at the removal. We cannot thank Hanneke Tree Removal enough. Having trees removed is not really what one would prefer to spend their money on, but thanks to Hanneke we could be proud of the outcome. Thanks again Hanneke!!!

Hanneke was the best bid, most professional, and did not try to sell me additional services. Very responsive, and cleaned up my driveway afterwards. I highly recommend this company.

We were getting Direct TV reinstalled and our tree had grown to block the dish signal. I had Matt trim one tree back significantly and do some trimming on a 2nd tree. He was very responsive in scheduling quickly. Did a nice job of doing what we asked and with the help of another employee cleaned up all the debris, raked the leaves, and all looks good!

Matt and his two employees, Justin and Teresa, did a fantastic job. They arrived promptly at 8:30 am and worked continuously through a thunder storm. until the project was complete at 6:30 pm. In the afternoon I recommended them to a neighbor who has a huge tree like ours. Next Tuesday evening I plan on attending the Warson Woods monthly city council meeting and suggest they start a list of recommended contractors with Matt Henneke Tree Service our first recommendation.

They left half the tree still standing, which I could not see as it was dark when they left. The limbs are still behind behind the garage and in my yard, even though they were supposed to be chipped. My yard is a mess as it was torn up from their trucks. The short man who was with them had no care about the job. He had the audacity to ask if I cared about the fence before they started the work. The tall man was very apologetic. I had to run out the door to pay them, and I wondered why they were in such a hurry. It is not right at all. They have been giving me excuses since October to delay coming out to do the work. I don't even know if I want them to come out and finish the work now.

Better communication is needed: calls made/returned in a timely manner, as promised Branches need to be cut down more carefully/professionally so that power lines/banisters/patios are not harmed Bushes need to be trimmed by someone who understands directions and knows about such things Clean-up needs to be done in a timely manner and more thoroughly

The first day we scheduled was rained out. Nature did not smile on us that day. However, the next time the sun was out they called to come over to do the tree. Excellent service as far as I am concerned. The tree cutting man ( not good with names ) was the sweetest young man and he cut the dead wood and the dangerous limbs off my giant elm tree........way above my expectations. He wrestled that bucket lift into some very tight spots like a pro. I was in aw watching him work. I have had tree trimming in the past - this company and the service they provided was worth every penny. I don't think I have ever felt like I got MORE than what I paid for --- until now. Fantastic work. Hire these guys - you will not be disappointed. Sincere thanks to the Tree Men and Angie's list for this one.
