Ryan did not take my greasy old opener away. The main reason I hired someone to do this job was because I didn t want to deal with touching the old opener. Also, I had to do most of the programming myself. Ryan also upsold me on new rollers. He arrived in a small car so he was not equipped to do the disposal of the old opener.

I had my garage door replaced by Haegele Overhead Door Co. They were the most thorough in looking at my damaged door and explaining what hardware that had to be replaced with installing a new door. They had the best estimate of all the other contractors, for the same work. I had my new garage door and teacks installed within a week of accepting their bid. And, my new door looks and works GREAT!

I travel often and have limited time at home. I called Ryan, who came highly recommended from Angie s list, and he exceeded all of my expectations. He was able to come out the same day within hours and complete the job for a very fair price. He s personable, honest and fair. He even went above and beyond and removed broken down boxes that were up in the rafters, which initially caused my problem. I will refer him to my friends and family and will keep his number for any future garage needs!!!

Other potential customers

This was a GREAT experience. I'm very happy with the work. HOWEVER, what I am NOT happy with is what HomeAdvisor charges service companies and/or people to respond to an inquiry. HomeAdvisor charges $30.00 for an inquiry. Really? This is awful. I'm looking for a service person and YOU charge them $30.00 if I pick or not pick them? Shame on you. I will NOT use HomeAdvisor unless you rework your policy and only charge the fee, if the work was actually performed.

Ryan Haegele was very professional, on-time and provided a lot of useful suggestions to me so that I could keep up on some minor maintenance with my garage door. He not only installed a new garage door opener, but put new rollers in the door itself and lubed everything up. Very happy with the timely service I receive and would recommend Ryan to anyone, he is honest and very helpful, wouldn't tell you to replace something that wasn't needed.
