Professional from start to finish. Prompt arrival with flexible scheduling. Courteous of interior when completing the project. Very pleased from beginning to end.

They are fair in pricing and dont try to sell something you dont need. Many were pushing for stuff one didn't need.

Please do not use this company. They are not friendly or willing to communicate. They don't care about customer service. The owner refused to discuss my issue with me. On my rental property, we had issues with outlets. My renter said they checked the breaker panel and nothing was tripped. Being that anything else is above my knowledge base, I called Fielder Electric to come out to help trouble shoot, come to find out it was indeed just a tripped breaker. They spent all of 3 minutes in my house to simply flip a switch and charged me $85 to come out there (which is fine and fair to cover the trip), but they refused to have a discussion about reducing the additional $85 full hour service charge, which totaled $170 all in, for them to flip a switch. I feel like I got robbed. There was no sympathy on the situation and basically got fully paid to do basically no work. They didn't care if they were there for only 1 minute and did no work at all. I was told "it is what it is," by the secretary and I was told the owner refused to speak or allow me to email with him. I would go with any other electrician that is willing to communicate and work with their customers and at least be heard.

Found additional needs after original job was complete and they came back out right away to help us out.

I was very pleased with the outcome. I would highly recommend.

They worked was very professional. The installers were great. The installation was difficult due in part to dealing with Jefferson County and getting permits.

They spent the time to explain the work they would do and the reason for the work needed. The technicians that actually did the work. kept working for 5-6 hours straight. They then came and showed me their work and asked if I had any questions

The electrician on my project worked efficiently and quickly, but still delivered a high quality job. Before leaving for the day at the end of the job he rechecked his work and we found one circuit was not working and he corrected it.

These guys are the best... Their knowledge and expertise are top notch... Mr. Filder is amazing. If you're looking for electrician, you have to at least give them a try. Thanks team... Appreciate the work you've done. It's really good.!

What a good experience with this firm. We had the very old panel replaced with a modern, safer model. Fielder responded to our inquiry right away, generated a quote within 24 hours as promised at a price lower than we expected. They scheduled the work within a couple of days. The young electrician showed up when they promised, answered all of my wife's questions, worked hard (including out in the heat!), completed work in less than a full day and left the site in great shape. The installation looks great— we don’t have to worry about this any more.

I had 3 ceiling fans installed in my new condo. The electrician was very professional, courteous, friendly, and did a great job. I would highly recommend Fielder Electrical Service.
