Dan is excellent. I have previously worked with two other agents and was not satisfied. As such, my husband and I tried to sell our home ourselves with no luck. After researching agents online, we decided to give Dan a try. He just talked frankly about what we needed to do, and then explained what he was going to do. And Dan did everything that he said he would. There were a few complications at the beginning and Dan was extremely responsive and aggressive in addressing (and correcting) the issues. His dedicated efforts sold our home within one month....something we had been trying to do for two years! I highly recommend Dan and his team for selling your home. I also recommend Dan for home purchasing. While out home shopping, my husband and I saw the floor layouts and room sizes and all of the various aspects that we liked/didn't like. Dan, however, was AWESOME at pointing out things we missed about the structure and well-being of the home. He was once again honest and frank about what he was seeing, and not opinionated. This gave us an immediate sense of trust with Dan because it was clear he was interested in helping us find a good home that would grow in value over time. The last thing I can say about Dan is he navigates the emotions of home selling/buying very well. There were strong emotions on both sides and Dan was great about staying neutral and continuing to lead both sides towards resolution.

From the start Dan was an incredibly attentive agent. We met face to face and Dan walked us through the process of home buying, explaining all of the ins and outs we needed to learn. From this point Dan created a profile of our wants in a new home, and anything on the market that fell in to this category was sent to us immediately via email. We felt that we were always in the know as to what our options were. When it came time to look at houses Dan was incredibly prompt. We felt confident if something popped up and we wanted to move on it Dan would be ready. In addition to his professionalism and availability to his clients Dan is incredibly knowledgeable in regards to St.Louis neighborhoods and homes. We bought our home in a historic part of South St.Louis City and Dan was able to provide insight on the area and history behind these city homes. As it came time to purchase our home Dan made the process as convenient and painless as possible. We had a minor hiccup involving our lender, and even though the problem had nothing to do with Dan, he was there ready to help out with whatever we needed. He was flexible and positive through the whole process. I would give him the highest recommendation to anyone searching for their home.

Dan did a great job at helping us find a house we now call our home. We really appreciate the insight Dan had about various aspects of owning a home that we had not considered, as this was our first home. Dan was also great at responding to any and all of our questions, and knowing where to find the answers if he did not already know. The other thing we loved about using Dan as our agent was that it was very easy to get in contact with him and he was very quick at responding to our questions no matter when we sent them. Although Dan always looked out for our best interest, he also allowed us to be very independent and discover what we really wanted for a home on our own. He was always punctual, friendly and professional. He helped us find the house of our dreams very quickly. We would enthusiastically recommend him to anyone searching for a home.

Dan listed and quickly sold our condo in Ballwin MO last summer. We have worked with many realtors in the past for several real estate transactions and have never had an agent perform quite like Dan. First of all, he designed a specific marketing plan for our condo. This included highlighting many features of the property that other agents overlooked. Circa Properties then implements very cool ways of pointing out those features throughout the home to potential buyers (Dan can tell you more about that). Now lets discuss the marketing piece a bit more (most important); Many of the agents we have used in the past simply plug our home into their old, outdated system and put our property on the MLS and Realtor.com....if we were lucky. Then they knock out some kind of brochure and proceed to tell you to to lower our price. Circa is much different - they truly are a real estate agency for the information age. Being in internet marketing myself I was blown away with how well they got our house out on the web! I think they had it on every possible RE related site within a week. Dan Brassil is EFFICIENT - Dan takes full advantage of technology when it comes to paperwork. Dan was able to scan and email just about everything besides the final closing docs for us to digitally sign (this was awesome!) In the past other agents had to arrange a meeting that worked with our schedules and sit down to go over docs/offers....so annoying especially when it was a low ball offer. Dan Brassil is KNOWLEDGEBLE and HARD WORKING - Dan knows his stuff when it comes to real estate. He has the keen ability to analyze a property and tell you honestly where to price or what to offer. It goes without saying but Dan is the hardest working agent you will meet. We will continue to work with Dan on any future transactions. We have since referred him to family for multiple purchases and sales. A++

We worked with Dan this summer when moving from out of state. He is a St. Louis enthusiast who knows the city very well, and had a good sense of what properties and locations would be appealing to us. He took the time to show us many architecturally interesting houses in vibrant, interesting neighborhoods throughout the city. Furthermore, he was quite capable of walking us through the home-buying process for the first time. We are in love with our house and St. Louis, and are grateful for Dan's help in bringing us here.

Excellent Service!! I would strongly recommend Dan to anybody purchasing a home! He was able to make a complex financial decision far easier than I expected. Dan's insight, attention to detail, accessibility, flexibility and sound advice exceeded my expectations. His good counsel was most evident during negotiations on a house that ultimately fell apart. While many agents might be tempted to "push" a deal through, Dan provided sound counsel during tough negotiations. Ultimately, the decision was ours and we walked away. That experience made me even more confident to have him representing us. We found a great home and Dan was a big part of making it happen!

Dan is absolutely top notch. His attention to detail, his knowledge of the housing market, personalized service, and prompt responses are what set him apart from any other agent I have worked with. In my opinion he went over and above what a normal agent would to make sure that I had all the information I needed regarding the properties I was looking at. He showed me what to look for and what to be wary of. I can't say enough. If selling your house or buying a house is an important decision to you, whether or not you know a lot about it, Dan is the professional you want to deal with.

After unsuccessfully working with two previous realtors, I felt frustrated that my home had not sold. A friend recommended that I speak with Dan. I was impressed with his real estate marketing plan and offered him the opportunity to sell my home. Within one day of being on the market, my home was under contract and sold two months later. This relieved my worries about being able to have access my potential monies for a new home.Regarding the purchase of a new home, Dan provided recent updates on new listings for me through e-mail. After showing 40 plus houses, I finally found the home I had been searching for and Dan was able to negotiate a great price for me. I would recommend Dan to anyone selling or purchasing a home.
