Overall, the experience was great! It was a small repair but Custom Exteriors addressed the problem with all the professionalism as if it was a major project and made sure I was completely satisfied with the work.

They did exactly what was needed. Quick responses and made all repairs efficiently on the scheduled date.

Very responsive to my request

This was not a big project but repairing my stairs handrail that was getting dangerous for us. Was hard to find someone to come out for a small job. But Custom came out and did a fantastic job fixing the handrail. I have future large outside exterior projects and they get first call.

Very pricey for what we had done

I was very happy with the siding repair, professional & great customer service. I will use Custom Exteriors again.

The company was willing to redo the existing deck with materials I had already purchased. I had the plan to do the work by myself before I came to the conclusion I wouldn't be able to do the job with the time constraints I was facing. The crew did the work in a day and I appreciate the fact they worked with the materials I had already purchased.
