they repaired/replace the asphalt shingle roof on my house and porch and they did an great job, they spent 10hr. on sunday in feb. winter to complete the job on my main house roof alone .came back the next day which was a holiday(president day) to finish everything else that contracted. in all I would hire them again for other project and recommend them to my neighbors..p/s I like them but the squirrels I have hate them all ( A.D.W)...

The work was done well (the leaks we had are gone) and before winter as we had asked. In fact, more was done than we had asked (additional shingles were replaced and shingles were nailed down to prevent pulling up). And they offered advice on future roof work we had planned. The only negative we had was that we found a couple of roofing nails in the driveway some days afterward.

I needed some pretty extensive repair work done on my older cedar shake roof. Brad went over the entire roof, marked all the bad shakes then replaced them. A lot more were replaced than I was expecting, which is a good thing. Also they re-flashed the chimney. Overall, I am very satisfied with their quality work and professional attitude. The entire project was completed in one day, with as many as 6-8 people on the roof at one time. All debris was cleaned up and final inspection was done with Brad. Great job!!

I hired them for a small exterior trim repair. It took a while to schedule the appointment and I was told that recent storms were keeping them busy. Since my job was small, I didn't mind waiting a little. Once they came out the repair was quick and it looks great. The repair was reasonably bid as well. I'm sure I will do business with them again.

Explained work to be done, were prompt getting here before the next big rain system....good about clean-up.

It was an all around good experience. They were in time. The inspection was done timely & the diagnoses explained. I would strongly recommend this company! They seem to be good honest hard working people!

I was totally satisfied with the promptness and quality of this repair and the price seemed reasonable. I definitely would hire 'Custom' again.

work was done by a man who seemed to know his business and was assisted by his brother. i found out what day and what time the work was to be done after i called the number given and the return call came in on a personal cell phone. the project took a little more than an hour and based on that the estimate was a bit high. only labor was involved as only a few feet of new j-bar was needed for new material. ratings are based on a perceived bases and could be a bit lower as only time will tell.

Mine was a very small job but I did not hear from contractor for over a month..and did not return my phone calls....finally came one day unannounced right before we were leaving for the airport. Need to communicate with customers.

Excellent work

It took about 2 months to do a job that should have taken about, at the most 2 weeks. They had a problem with the salesman and fired him for what they said, he took a check from me and did not turn it in. Then they took a check from me from my insurance company which I had not signed and someone at their office signed my name to it and they then deposited it into their bank account. I would not recommend this group to anyone!!!!

Working with Brad and Crystal was great. The work was completed on time, bids and final paperwork were submitted/completed timely. Job sites were cleaned of debris and Brad was great at keeping us informed of problems and progress on jobs.

Very quick to come out and assess the project and give me a quote but very poor in responding to questions about job start dates. Did not return initial email or phone inquiries about the project once the contract was signed. Actual project was completed very quickly and installers were very tidy.

The workers were professional and the job was done in 1 day.
