Carole & Brian are fantastic! They did a remarkable job for us - with suggestions for staging, arranging repairs, etc. The entire process could not have been easier! In fact, this is the second time we used them!

We had country home and acreage on market more than 4 hrs with almost no interest, Fitzgerald team, in less than a month developed marketing plan and sold properly. They worked diligently for another 4 months to kind the prefect home to buy. Love them.

Brian and Carole were everything and more that we could have asked for in a realtor team. They made themselves available to us practically 24-7 and were always there to give us helpful advice. We were sad to say goodbye to them after we closed on our new house because it was almost as if they had become part of our family! They are experienced, knowledgable, and truly caring people who have their client's best interest at heart.

They were great. I would definitely recommend them. We were looking in the town that the service provider lived and they really knew what to recommend and other specific advice on certain neighborhood's. They were very reachable. It is a husband and wife team and you can always get a hold of at least one of them. They send Christmas cards which is nice as well.

Carole and Brian are excellent real estate agents. They helped us with the sale of our existing house and purchase of our new house. They're also some of the nicest people we've ever met, and provided honest, excellent service, being there when we needed them, and holding true to keeping their customer's interest above all else. Right away they impressed us with posting the information about our listing for sale very quickly online via MLS. Carole took some great pictures, coupled with detailed descriptions that really letting buyers know exactly what they were looking at. We really found this important, as most people use the internet postings to sort out their likes and dislikes. Not surprisingly, we received an offer on our home very quickly. When we received the offer, we scrambled a bit, as this was the first time that my wife and I had been involved in the sale of a home. However, Carole and Brian were definitely the voice of reason for us, only offering advice when we asked, and letting us really make our own decision. Turns out these guys are pretty spot-on when it comes to pricing, and helped us get a much higher price than we thought we'd ever get. In fact, I remember jumping up and down with my wife when we heard we'd made the sale at that price. Our next step was finding a new home, and closing quickly (we sold our house so fast, we didn't even have time to go look for a new one yet!). Carole and Brian drove us around, showing us places, and I have to say, did an excellent job of being there if we had questions, but also hanging back and let us form our own opinion on the houses we looked at. If we didn't like something, we just moved on to the next house, which was great, becuase the last thing you want is someone trying to sell you something you know you don't want. Brian also did a great job of pointing out things that were both pro's and con's with each house, giving us an idea of how much we'd have to spend (ballpark) to get any home we looked into what we'd want it be. When we did find the right place, they helped us with negotiation, and again were spot on with pricing (I have to say, these guys KNOW THIS MARKET!). Moving towards closing, they helped us find a lender to replace our existing source only two weeks out from closing (thank you Stifel Bank!!!), and they also went WAY above and beyond, saving the sale of our house only days (yes, days) away from closing. I really could go on, and on, and on about how amazing Carole and Brian are, but really, I believe that if you give them the chance to help you with the sale or purchase of your home, you'll agree with me on just how great they really are!

I met Carole and Brian when I went to an open house. I found myself telling Carole all about my unsuccessful attempt to sell my house the year before. I had told myself that I would not hire my next real estate agent from a meeting at an open house. However, I felt that I intuitively trusted her enough to tell her my story, and after a few emails and a meeting, decided to hire them. Carole and Brian work as a team, and as I got to know Brian as well, I was glad I had both of them working for me. Their combined experience, knowledge of the real estate market, and many contacts in the home repair fields proved to be invaluable. They were proactive in helping me know how to prepare the house for the market. In addition, There were several times when Brian went above and beyond by making a last minute repair to my house when we realized something had to be done right before an open house, for example. Just as important, I feel, is their niceness, straightforwardness - I just felt they are good people and were great to work with. Carole and Brian worked hard for me to sell my small house, which wasn't an easy task in this market. When we saw it wasn't generating interest, instead of sitting back and waiting, they were ready to discuss with me the next step in order to make it happen. I found my dream home soon after I hired the Fitzgeralds. Whenever there was a twist or turn in the road to purchasing this home, I trusted the Fitzgerald's judgement. And if I had a concern or a different opinion, they took that seriously. In the end, I managed to coordinate selling my home in a poor market, and buying my dream home successfully. I also feel that I was blessed to meet two great people and I hope that we will stay in touch.

She was amazing and attentive. She did great managing the mini break downs that can be part of the selling process. She offered resources and referrals for repairs needed following the inspection.
