Had trouble welding the new pipe. With the pipe having moisture, tech asked for a piece of bread to soak up the water inside. After calling in another tech and 3 hours later the pipe was installed. NOW 2 months later the sink/toilet upstairs, washing machine, and sink nearby has slow water pressure. I was able to detach the washer connection and find soggy bread residue on the filter. I was able to remove that and correct that problem. But the other 3 areas are affected. Looks like I need a REAL plumber!!!!!

I'm so happy I called them! Kevin was our technician and he was just wonderful, on time, knowledgeable about his job and the company he represents.
