They responded quickly and the engineer sent to my home was very knowledgeable and explained everything so I could understand. He also was happy to explain to my daughter what he was looking for and what he was finding during the foundation inspection. She is studying to be an engineer and was interested to learn.

They responded quickly. An engineer sent to my property is very knowledgeable and smart to help me remove a bearing wall with a good solution. He is very confident to solve the problem quickly with a simple solution to remove the wall. This solution helped me save much money.

The youn man that was sent to my house was very nice and seemed confident in my questions. But his English was not very good so it made commutations difficult as I was explaining my plans. Under 30 minutes visit for $250 seems very excessive. I do feel like he was able to resolve my concerns and ultimately saves me the and money on my major home remodeling project.
