First and foremost, you need to know that Comfort Center is only the building and sales staff on Woodbine. As far as I know, they don't actually install pools, open or close pools, or clean pools. They may say they do, but they contract ALL of that out to the lowest bidder.
We have actually had their contractors come out to open and clean our pool and they knew "NOT ONE THING" about a pool. Nothing about the chemicals, nothing about how to turn the pump on, and certainly not how to clean it. That was the last straw with us, we ended any relationship with them after that. I can hire someone to do any of that and actually make sure they have "SEEN" a pool before.
The installation of the pool, again all by contractors, wen fairly well. Some issues did result. They tore up the entire backyard and ripped wires and pipes out of the ground with reckless abandon. The cable wire was cut a total of 3 times. I was disappointed that after they poured all of the concrete, they accidentally kicked a bunch of rocks into the pool area and didn't bother to pick them up or sweep them up. They just put the flimsy vinyl liner right on top of them. You can feel them under the liner with your feet and it is just a matter of time before they make a hole.
If you just remember that The Comfort Center does nothing but sales and everything else is contracted out to the lowest bidder, you will be more informed than I was.
