Archway Clean Sweep

Description of Work: They came to our home on the time as scheduled. Very nice gentlemen. They examined our chimney (which is tile) and suggested we have a stainless steel flue installed and connected to our wood stove insert for our safety. They did not clean the flue because of the pending install but agreed to honor this purchase price next Spring after we have the work done.

Description of Work: They showed up right on time. Explained every thing they were going to do. They noticed the cap on my chimney was rusted and recommended someone who could replace it. I had noticed the cap before and was planning on replacing it, so worked out well. They cleaned up after themselves and all was fine.

Description of Work: They were here to clean my chimney which we hadn't done for about 5 years, I know we were bad. They did a super job cleaning. They also tuck pointed the interior box as it badly needed it. In addition they sealed the roof around the chimney. We will have them back next fall for the annual chimney cleaning.

Additionally they checked the dryer vent and found a couple things that needed to be updated which they did at no extra charge. I feel much safer knowing these hazardous areas have been checked out by Archway. They did an excellent job and we already talked about next year's appointment as I will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Appointment arranged by e-mail thought Angie's list. The crew arrive a little before the designated 10:00AM time. I showed them the location of the wood stove and they went directly to work. They were completed in about 40 minutes. the inspection made a recommendation and gave me the contact information for someone who could effect a remedy. David also inspected our dryer vent and made recommendations there which I will carry out. I am satisfied with the transaction.

The company also inspected my dryer vents - which had just been done - and confirmed what another Angie's List provider had already told me. Good to have that confirmation. There were several additional things that my chimney & firebox needed. They provided these services & products at a fair price and in a quick timeframe.
