Arrived on time and quickly performed requested work. Charge for service visit only.

For what I paid, I was happy with the work they did in cleaning out the dryer vent. My only complaint is that they didn't tell me that the vent at the exterior of the house was full and not cleaned. If this wasn't part of the service, that's ok. But I would have liked to have know that it still needed to be done. I cleaned it out myself a week or two after their visit. Very helpful staff both on the phone and in person.

They were polite and did great work

I was very pleased with the service I recieved from David and Felix ..both arrived at my house right on time and ready to get to work. As the inspection progressed other things needed to be done and David gave me an estimate I felt was fair and honest. Repairs were done and quality materials were used. I would highly recommend this service.

My chimney was cleaned, but some of my questions I was told I would be called back for the answer. I never received a call back. The main guy critiqued other issues in my house and insulted some of my work.

The crew came during the time window given. They went right to work. When checking the dryer vent they discovered it was not put together all the way and that it was not the right material. We paid for them to correct the situation. We were able to enjoy our fireplace that night and it was such an improvement.

The team was very friendly and professioal. They were very efficient and left everything cleaner than they found it.

Great! Staff came in promptly were able to get the job done in a professional manner. They pointed out some minor issues and ways to address the concerns in the future.

They did the cleaning and found that the screen cap had deteriorated which could allow animals and birds to get in and the fireplace wall had cracked which could allow fire to get into the wall. They repaired both p[roblms while here and we were very satisfied.

They were very courteous. They were also meticulous about keeping our house clean while they worked. The quality of their work was extremely high.

Arrived on time, completed inspection and even taught me how to turn it on (I did not know).

Work was done professionally but owner was unwilling to apply a credit of the Angie's List deal to the increased service necessary. Said to just contact Angie's List for a refund of that but the time for a refund had passed so I wound up eating that cost on top of the repairs. As I said, the work performed was good but can't recommend because of the unwillingness to apply the fee already paid even when the service I wound up requiring was ten times that fee. Pennywise and pound foolish.

They came in, set up, then informed me that they would not be able to perform the sweep, due to the fact that they could not get the chimney open. They also listed off several more issues that were in need of repair and gave me an estimate. The estimate was very high, so I called my husband. At one point, one of the techs got on the phone with my husband and tried talking him into doing part of the work right there on the spot. I told them no, that we wanted a second opinion. They left, with no work complete, but i had already paid for the voucher of services from Angie’s List. Their estimate was $2500-$3000. We called another company out two weeks later....the new company told us we did not even need a damper since we have glass doors, so they removed it, then completed the sweep with no issues. Our HVAC tech also confirmed the chimney was in working order. All work was complete for $200. Archway Clean Sweep, are scam artists, and I am so glad we got a second opinion. Angie’s List did also issue us a full refund for services not rendered with no issues or complications.

Excellent job. Very thorough and knowledgeable. I will be calling them again! Most thorough job I've ever had getting my chimney cleaned. They really took their time to ensure the job was done right. They did a great job with my dryer vent as well.
