Told me that it looked like it had not been done in 3 years, this confirmed to me that the company I hired in the past did not do a good job(I had suspected that). He also showed me that there was some gaps between some of the stones in my firebox. The previous company told me the same thing, so I felt comfortable that two different companies said the same thing. Made appointment for 2 days later(he squeezed me in due to me being off the whole week) to tuck point firebox. Once again on time, clean & professional. Very Happy will continue to use!

The job went well, have to thank them for a wonder job.The chimney was over due for cleaning and the job went well.The dryer vent was never cleaned before and a fire hazard as the technician pointed out,who ever new that much lent could be in there.Over all the job went great and i will have them come out annually for inspections and cleaning.thank you Angie's List and archway clean sweep.

Archway Clean Sweep did a professional job,the price was more than fair. They were prompt, called before coming. I was very satisfied with the quality job they did and would refer them to family and friends.

The inspector gave a diagnosis in about five minutes. He said the damper in the chimney didn't work. He removed the bricks and everything else in the chimney fell down. The damper was from 1950 and bent from all the bricks. He took the damper to a welder and brought it back. It looks brand new and works perfectly. He replaced and rebuilt firebox. It was a very time consuming process. He and his assistant spent 10 hours on project. They were able to complete it in one day because he was so busy and didn't want to make me wait till other projects were done. He called me the next day to make sure it was satisfactory. It absolutely was. They are a new business and trying to gain customers. I would highly recommend them, as they are very hard working, honest and couteous. I had him work on my house as well.
