We prioritize exceptional results that exceed client expectations. Nicholaus personally performs or directly supervises all work, maintaining quality control from start to finish. His extensive background includes completing a union apprenticeship in carpentry, obtaining a certification from the Department of Labor, and earning an Associate of Arts degree in General Construction. This combination of expertise and formal training allows us to deliver projects that are built to last and done correctly the first time. Clements Subcontracting offers comprehensive services, from planning and design to permitting and construction. We specialize in building custom decks that enhance outdoor living spaces, as well as providing expert framing solutions for residential construction, including new builds, additions, and renovations. We love our new deck!! It looks amazing and Nick was so helpful throughout the whole process answering any questions we had and making sure we were happy with everything. From start to finish it was less than a month for us. The process was so easy and quick. We were blessed to find someone who does such nice work for a very fair price.I will recommend nick for as long as he keeps building decks. He doesn’t disappoint!!!
