Description of Work: My job was a custom job and fairly complex. We are still working out one bug! Adam responded right away came out and assessed my home. He placed 3 cameras, doorbell camera, garage opener, etc... The garage opener was very complicated secondary to the garage being a metal structure and trying to get a signal through it, but after lots of calls and technical ingenuity they figured out how to get it done! The group as a whole was very responsive and professional. We spent lots of time together because of the complications! As I said we still have one complication but I have faith that Adam will get it worked out! Thank you to all of the people who spent numerous hours completing this project!

Description of Work: Citywide Alarms installed a video doorbell. The picture that comes to my cell phone is as good as any digital camera I have seen. They arrived on time and completed the job in under an hour. They are very cutting edge.
