 + -1 moreReally well. The spray does not stink, pets are fine. Most importantly they discuss and show me where mouse poison is put, in dog proof containers out of dog's reach, so I know where it is. Bugs are dead. They don't overspray, so I get less stuff in the house than if I were doing it. They are knowledgeable about the different bugs and spiders. I have used them for a long time. They don't mind my messy house.

 + -1 moreAfter spraying, we still had ants. They said if the initial spray didn't take care of the ants, they would come out and re-spray for free. Called on a Sunday and left a voicemail, specifically stating we needed re-spraying ASAP, because of ants in our daughters bedroom. After several days of playing phone tag with them, we finally spoke and they said they'd need to check their schedule and call me back...haven't heard from them since.

Description of Work: Brite sprayed my house for bugs and inspected my house for termites. The estimator was to come to my house the following Monday and give me an estimate for termite control. I spent the whole afternoon waiting for him and he was a no show. I called several times that day and the next leaving messages. No one returned my calls. I would not do business with a company that doesn't keep appointments and does not return phone calls. Not good!

Description of Work: Brite Pest Control had been used by me since the year 1974. The owner is the nicest man if he is still alive. I have not used them in a few years been using Earth Smart just because the chemicals are safer than most. But Brite is a very good company

Description of Work: The company's chemicals were not strong enough to last for the two month warranty period. It was difficult getting them to do a return visit during this two month warranty period. They did not return calls promptly.

 + -1 moreThey are really thorough and responsive and do a really good job. I have little kids, and the stuff that they use is child-safe and friendly, which makes a big difference. If I have not called them, they will call me back to remind me of their services. Their price is pretty reasonable and about average; they are not too expensive. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

 + -1 moreI have used Brite Pest control for several years. Keith and his crew are professional, on time, and very courteous. They offer a guarantee and if there are pest issues they return to your house to retreat. I've only required a re-treat once after a substantial ran brought ants into the kitchen. They returned to my home at no charge and fixed the problem.

I am a repeat customer. The service personnel who come to the home are always polite, neat and efficient. Also, I notice results right away.

 + -1 moreThis house was built a year ago, so their really hasn't been too many problems with any pests. Knock on wood, that we will keep it that way for a long time to come. I think their service is dependable and they are always friendly when they are here.

 + -1 moreBrite Pest control has been our pest control service in our old house and our new one. I have been using this service for about 14 years. They call me 2 times a year to remind me to set up an appointment (which I do like - seems to coincide with the times I notice several spiders in the house)! In the old house they checked for termites. I appreciate having the same people who come in to spray.
Description of Work: In the fall and the spring Brite pest control comes out and sprays inside and outside the house for bugs. They check for termites if needed.
