Used them at prior home and when I moved I continued to use them. Service was fine and results were good. Beginning with the 2018 season there response began to slip. Calling there main number always goy v/m. Return calls took longer and longer to finally even though they got by to treat my lawn late march and said they would be back in April to do some sprinkler head adjustments and annual backflow test to send into the city they never came the whole month. They did come on May 10th to apply the second round of fertilizer. But I called repeatedly and even enticed them to also give me an estimate on some landscaping work. I was told they were coming but they never called me back to confirm a date & time. I had to move on because the lawn was starting to dry out because of a very hot spring. Shame, as I did like them in the past years.

They took my phone number and email. Three days later, still hadn't heard anything from them, so I called to check. They said they would work on an estimate that night. 4 days later, still haven't heard from them. Good thing, I didn't give them my Credit Card for their Easy Pay Option which they pitched me on. When a business such as this, has too many jobs, they should just be up front with prospective customers and not over book themselves. Very poor communication to say the least.
