When I called to get an estimate, the quote I received was not the bill I received. I asked the person who quoted the estimate if this would be the total cost for the installation of a 240 outlet, and he said yes. I also told him I need a three prong receptacle. I was out of town and my son-in-law was present for the installation. The electrician who did the work charged $25 more than the estimate and failed to have a three prong receptacle with him. Fortunately, my son-in-law had purchased one in advance. The electrician use my son-in-law's receptacle which cost $10 but only took $5 off the bill. If I had been at home I would have immediately notified the company of my dissatisfaction. I feel they took advantage of me not being there. I would not recommend them for any other electrical work.

Tim was very professional and dependable, followed up to make sure we were satisfied with the work. The staff were on time and did a good job with several small projects we had for them, light fixtures, fans replaced, etc.

Terrence and his co-worker were extremely nice and professional. They explained what they were going to do and how they were going to do it. They added an extra outlet that I had forgotten to ask about be installed when I originally called. They came in under the estimate that I was quoted and were done in less time than I thought it would take. I will call them again next time I need work done.
