I got a return call from Ventpro within 5 minutes of from the time I submitted a quote request. I was needing service the day after I contacted them. They were able to work me in. the following morning. The gentleman that called me was very informative and professional. He said the tech Sam, would be out at 8 am. The next morning Sam called at 7:30 am and said he would be here in 30 minutes. He arrived at 8am just as I was told he would be. Sam was very pleasant and professional. He went over and abov. He ended up having to crawl under the house twice and fixing the ductwork. Everything works great! Now! I am absolutely satisfied with the service and am more than happy to recommend them!

Matt and Sam came out to our home in Bolivar today and we had the Heating and Air Duct cleaning and also had the EnviroCon Spray Treatment done and they were AMAZING ! So kind AND professional ! From start to finish we were walked thru the entire process and even got to see photos of what our ducts looked like before and after their cleaning .
