For the past several weeks they have assisted me with minor computer problems and have offered me suggestions on how to overcome some of the issues. Twisted Pair hasn't tried to sell me anything I don't need. Based on their recommendation and checking out the device on my own, I did purchase a tv tuner from them. While I've only dealt with them for a short period of time, their prices are reasonable and often less expensive than other local computer shops - I hope to deal with them quite a bit in the future!
Description of Work: Suggested hardware for my upgraded computer and despite slightly higher cost compared to buying on-line, I purchased it because of their service.
