Luke and his team were very professional and exceeded my expectations. After I had received quotes from multiple companies, Luke called me back to check in on my decision before I had a chance to call him to schedule. They performed all the work agreed to in a careful and efficient manner. Although they were unable to use the large truck with the boom due to space limitations, they still managed to remove the tree from the roof without further structural damage. And they went over and above what they had promised in cutting the trunk of the pine into smaller pieces that I could then handle further myself. Since I wished to keep most of the wood to cure for firewood I did not have them remove anything from the property.

They did a great job. I though the price was very fair. Tree was very close to two houses and they were very careful. They came out for an estimate the same day I called and sent me an electronic copy along with their insurance info. Called the next day to see if I had any additional questions. We scheduled for a couple weeks later. They came on time and got right to work. They cleaned up very well and even blew our gutters out on that side of the house. I made sure my neighbors were home since it was so close to their house as well. They were very impressed too. I will definitely use them again if I have a need for tree removal!

We purchased a home in Battlefield that needed a fair amount of work done with trees and shrubs and chose Trufast Tree Service based on their reviews and our initial contact with Luke and Kyle. Luke and his crew showed up on time and didn't hesitate to get to work with the following: 1) Raising the canopies of four large trees 2) Removing dead limbs from those same four plus two others 3) Removing a grossly overgrown bush in the front yard and grinding the stump below grade 4) Removing two large trees (approx 55ft and 35ft high) on the side of house and grinding their stumps below grade. Clean-up of all debris (and there was a significant amount by this time) was quick and extremely thorough. Very fair price for the fast and professional job done, we are extremely pleased! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others and have already requested estimate for additional work to be done.

Luke and his crew climbed two very tall trees and removed dead limbs, hauled away the debris and cleaned the area. I would hire them again.

Fidelity came out the day I called them to give me an estimate, and then returned the next morning to get the work done. The price was good and they worked quickly and safely. They also let me know upfront that they are insured. I highly recommend them and will use them again when needed.

All of my needs were met in a timely fashion. The process was communicated to me thoroughly before, during, and after. The trees look better than before, and I can't wait to see
