From the initial visit to plan and estimate to the end the process was a pleasure. Joseph did an excellent job of explaining what we could do with our shower stall replacement and what we could expect the process to be like. Brad, our installer was pleasant and communicated his plans very clearly and did everything exactly as we expected, in a timely manner. He cleaned up and left the space looking better than when he arrived. The glass installers were also very good. Thanks!

We came in contact with 3 people at Top Tier. Our consultant Joseph, our installer Kevin, and a very nice woman that called a couple of times to let us know we were getting close to our start date. All were fantastic! Our particular job was to remove a 20 year old tub and shower combination and replace it with a new walk in shower with a bench. Kevin did a fantastic job. He kept the work area cleaned and organized and was in and out in 3 days. I am particularly impressed with his caulking job around all the seams. Wife and I are extremely happy.

I would strongly recommend Top Tier if you plan to remodel your kitchen. There is great communication with home owners, a lot of suggestions, explanations and patience. A special thanks to Mike, the designer and a great craftsman. Mike really went the extra miles to make our new kitchen beautiful. Ben and Ray also did excellent work on the flooring, backsplash, and cabinets. Behind every operation, there is Charity of course. A great team effort to make my beautiful kitchen come true. It is definitely Top Tier!

The installer was very timely. The installation was very well done. Cleanup was excellent. Am very happy with the whole job.

Won't be starting the work until we get into the house in a couple of weeks.
