He was to show up between 8-8"30 on Tuesday Sept 3rd. We didn't see him until Wed the 4th he told my husband his brakes went out on his truck and we understand things happen. (My husband took vacation for this project) at 4 PM and he worked until 8:30PM. We had pizza and he said he'd be back in the morning. We received a text after 9:30 stating he working on his truck before it got towed. No show all day. The transmission went out on the car and it was to be able to run in 20 minutes on Friday at -- 2:30 didn't hear another word from him until the next Tuesday (10th) at 2:30 that they would have the parts for the car that day and that we didn't need to take off work they could work while we were gone. I don't know what happened to the truck? We will never use them and I hope this helps others. We lost money and had to have debris halled off. Learned a lesson that even if their refrences check out and there is no reports on BBB still don't give anyone cash up front.
Description of Work: He was to take down a wall between my kitchen and living area, move light switch, put up new header, reset a cabinet.
