At first I was disappointed that I didn't hear from them. But they called back and gave us a lot of useful information. He was very professional and knowledgeable; we would use this business in the future. Polite on the phone and offered options.

Spoke with them once on the phone, told them what we needed, he said send pics, I did. Never heard from them again.

Filled in multiple cracks in the chimney crown and sealed the area. He also noticed a downspout that had broken loose from the brick and fixed it as well. Billing was below estimate.

The work went well on both projects. They explained what they proposed to do and gave me different options. They are very much in demand, and I experienced some delay in getting them scheduled, but once they started work, they were prompt and diligent. I will use them again.

I contacted Handyman services and was told there was a waiting list and someone would contact me when services available. Approximately 2 weeks later I was contacted my a repair man. I explained I was looking for someone to replace the screen on my sun porch. He asked how the screens were attached and I explained they were attached with wood strips. He told me that would require two repairman and it would cost $97.00 for showing up and the work would be $50.00 for every hour it took them to replace screen. To clarify I said so it will be $97.00 initial charge and then $50.00 an hour after that. He said and quot;noand quot; it will take two men so it will be $97.00 for each of us and then $50.00 an hour. I said do you mean that I have to pay $194.00 for you to show up at my house? He said yes because there will be two of us. I asked why they would not come together? There was no explanation. I asked him to take me off their list. No I would not use this service again. I feel they misrepresented themselves and the price was much too high.

he and his crew done an excellent job. He can do anything that needs to be done. He has an outlet for manpower.

The man was prompt, came in ready to work and got down to it: obviously had done them before. He mounted the grab bars very securely and in the right locations. When he finished that I asked if he had time to remove and replace my thermostat. He did that without batting an eye. The total cost was less than estimated and less than I'd thought it would be. I just called them today to come out and do some other work.

It went well. No major problems. They negotiated other subcontractors of equal ability. We have a beautiful kitchen!

The man who did the work was very professional. He was very particular. He also looked at another project and gave me a cost estimate.

The man that owns the company does the work and he has one fellow that works with him. I think that they are pretty good. I don't think that his price is terribly high. We typically try and get three bids and I think that he was right in the middle on the furnace job and we went ahead and hired him to do the work. They are pretty reasonable and I don't think that they are high dollar. I think that they do a real good job. I would say that their quality is good and I have never had a problem with them. You will have to wait a little bit to get him to come out to the house. I live out in the country and he can typically get there within 3-4 days. I am like 20 miles out and he has to schedule that. He is going to get there when he tells me that he is going to come. They do good work.
