The Granite Source of Missouri

I signed a contract with "Tim" and paid $1457.00 as a down payment on 9/03/2015, he said that he was going to order my Granite. It took 2 months before he could get my Granite installed. The day that the installers were at my home setting my countertops, I saw them crack and "glue the crack" on granite on the cabinets, and the Granite on the 4x5 Island was cut too short. When I confronted the installers about the crack and the island being too short. All that they had to say was that I didn't have to sign for it. I called "Tim", it went to voicemail. So I decided to go there to tell him of the problems. He said that he had to come out to see it. That took a week before he could get out to my home, he took pictures, and said that he would get back to me. He never did. So two days late I went out to the Showroom to talk with him, and ask when I could get another piece of Granite that wasn't cracked, and wasn't cut too short installed. He assured me that he was looking for another piece that looked like "Yellow River". By this time I finally said, "Tim in one week it will have been 3 months since I ordered my Granite, it's almost Thanksgiving, and I have Family coming. What can we do to speed this along? He sends me to Nixa, Stone Land, to look for Granite that is in stock. I choose another piece of Granite, and a week later he texts me to say that he is trying to move other clients around to fit in my install and that his client has to talk with her husband before he knows if he can install my Granite. WHAT did I just hear him say? This experience has lacked Professionalism from the beginning. I went into the showroom the next day, and told "Tim" that I no longer wanted to do business with him, and I want him to have his guys to come remove the cracked, "too short" granite from my home and that I want my money back. He gave me the "run around" for two more days. And then told me that he was not going to give me my money back and can't tell me when he could remove the cracked Granite. It's a week before Thanksgiving, and I can't have any one install new Granite until " Tim" will remove his "cracked , too short" Granite. This has been a Royal Disaster!

They done great work. They have been fantastic. The work couldn't be more perfect. All of their staff were extremely courteous and anxious to help in any way they could. Their prices were very competitive.
