When was the last time a contractor put your bottom line ahead of his? When they arrived, we told Chris (owner) and Cory that we had serious problems with all our windows, and we were open to either repair or replacement. I explained that we wanted to live here for another 10 - 15 years. They looked at all our issues very carefully and pointed out several ways they could repair the windows and make our home more energy efficient at a reasonable cost. But they pointed out (very gently) that our original window structure and installation was not high quality and replacement windows would be more cost effective in the long run. They said they did not do replacements, but would be glad to give us quality referrals. We were very impressed. They were pleasant, patient and very informative with all our window questions. They didn't make a dime off of us that day, but they will be top of our list if we have a future glass repair issue.

Bad. They came out, gave an estimate, I accepted, came back out, worked half a day, left, had someone call from the office and say the job was to hard, and they wouldn't be back. Bought as bad as it gets

I needed to replace four 22-year-old insulated glass panes in my living room and sunroom. I called around town and found that most companies only replaced entire windows, even if the frames were in good condition. They would not consider replacing only the glass panes in the windows. As I was mowing my lawn one day I noticed that a neighbor of mine was having some glass panes for her home replaced by Glass Guru. I turned off the mower, walked over to the installer who was working on his work table set up on my neighbor's driveway, and engaged him in a conversation about what he was going and about the company for which he was working - Glass Guru. The installer's positive attitude and obvious knowledge and skill resulted in my calling Glass Guru to get an estimate for replacing my 4 glass panes. The owner of the company came to my home, took a good look at what the problem with my windows was (the insulated windows were getting foggy between the panes). He took careful measurements for replacing the panes then sat down with me at my kitchen table and calculated what it was cost to replace them. No estimate! Real cost! No surprises. The price was reasonable and I already knew that the quality of the glass and the workmanship of the installer would be excellent. In due time the glass panes arrived at Glass Guru and I received both a phone call and an email from the company requesting I choose a day and time for the installation. The installers then went about their work without delay, seemed very focused on what they were doing and, in due time, I had four sparkling new glass panes in my windows. It's like my home is new again! Given the quality of the product, the service and the price, I would recommend Glass Guru to anyone - especially if one's window frames are in good condition and don't need to be replaced, just the glass panes in them. What a savings!

Chris, manager of The Glass Guru and his associate (also named Chris) came to the house to look at the job. This window is very impressive and after studying the situation, they felt they could take the job. A crew of three arrived ahead of the start time for the job and, as they say, a picture says 1000 words, so please look at the fantastic job this crew did. The new window is amazing and brought back this 30 year old leaded glass art back to life. I cannot thank these guys enough. Chris called before the job began and then at the end to make sure we were happy...we were thrilled! Do not hesitate to call The Glass Guru for any window projects you have. WONDERFUL!!!
