They were doing fine until about two months ago. I had a bunch of ants come in a couple days later and I had problems getting them to come back to spray again.

My experience has always been good. I have been with them since 2002 and I had to cut down some of their services due to their prices. I feel their prices were a little high. The technicians are usually really good to work with.

My expereince was not very good. They sent a technician to inspect the outside of the house. No one told him to do an internal inspection as well in our crawl space. I have not heard anything back from the company.

They are very knowledgeable and very prompt.

We have a yearly contract with Terminix. We found termites. I had to do some repairs and that is why we contacted them. They had not found any. We did not have any termite trouble since then that I know of. We have been using them for seven or eight years.

I like the terminix guy. Overall, I rate them highly. I would use them again in the future.

They do a great job. They call 24 hours in advance to remind me that they are coming. They are very reasonable in price. They come to the door and ask me if I have any questions or concerns. The young man who comes is very professional and very nice. You couldn't ask for any better. He says that he needs to know about any questions or problems. They are really very good. Their prices are comparable. I have had no problems with ants or anything.

They are very hassle-free. I set it and they show up. I do not even see them. They call me to let me know that they would check the traps. They leave the invoice at the door. They leave a message to let me know when they would show up, but they never come out. It is an automated message, but they never show up. I will continue to use them in the future.
