I own a 100-year-old craftsman and had a room requiring a flooring transition on my original wood floors, a closet door frame install, recessed lighting, and a fan installation. T & S went above and beyond. They looked for vintage flooring to match and customized the old-fashioned trim to match perfectly - no easy task b/c this trim and flooring type is no longer made. They smoothed and prepped the wall (plaster/lathe/wallpaper - difficult to work with) for me in areas not related to the lighting installation, knowing I’d be painting soon. Fast, friendly, and professional service. They were prepared with all supplies. They cleaned and organized the work space thoroughly before leaving every day they were there (2-3 days). They were responsive and straightforward throughout the project, gave helpful advice when I asked, and sought out ways to save me money. The transformation was major and i’m very happy with the results.

T&S gave me an estimate, and later the same day fixed the problem (the door had become warped). The workers showed up w/out phoning first but showed better communication skills once they arrived. They explained fairly well what they were doing and why. The charge was reasonable, but they didn't say what their response would be if the problem quickly re-occurred again. The boss has said they'd apply a "finish" to the door jamb, but the workers didn't have any and just improvised that part of the job.

Terry came on short notice and completed the job very quickly. We were very pleased with the work. Terry was prompt and efficient. We are planning to use Terry for all of our future work!

The crew showed up on time. Terry kept me informed during the process and they cleaned up at the end of the day. I will use T&S for other home repairs.

The guys were really great. They showed up early (after calling to be sure that was ok) amd did a great job! The stairs I purchased to replace the old one had a part missing, and they figured out what was needed and went to a store and purchased it and got it installed correctly. They were also personable and professional and I will use them again next time I need something done. Great experience!

His crew came in and had to completely repaired a room that had termite damage. This included demolishing all of the floor, sub floor, floor joist and seal plate. Then they went in and installed a vapor barrier on the ground and started replacing all the materials that had been taken out. Terry and I was hoping for something small and maybe a few hours of work and it ended up being a 2 day project. His crew was very efficient and hard working.

I can’t say enough good about this company. Everything was done with such courtesy. Terry, the owner, and his crew were such a pleasure to work with. They were on-time, professional, clean, and quick. I feel there is no challenge or hurdle they can’t jump over. They are also honest and economically priced. They did such a good job that I hired them to do additional work. Overall, I highly, highly recommend Terry and his company to others.

I looked at several providers online and talked with one who wanted $100.00 to come out and look at the job before giving me a bid. I checked Tand S on Angie's List and the Better Business Bureau and could find nothing negative. Terry came to my 12 year-old manufactured home in a professionally painted vehicle and verified the problem. We discussed price, materials used, timeline, and method of payment. He was very knowledgeable and seemed concerned with doing the job right and in a timely manner. We agreed on price and when he would be available to do the job. He called the evening before he came to make sure that we were ready for him to come. The next day he arrived in his truck and another, larger one. He had two helpers. They got right to work at 8:30 am. In a relatively short time they had removed the old skirting, which had been bent and twisted as the home had settled, and started installing the new materials they brought with them. Except for a short break for lunch, they worked the whole day until approximately 5:00 pm to finish the job. Terry stayed to make sure the job met my expectations when I arrived home from work. He and his team were very professional while exhibiting great interpersonal skills when approached about their job.Terry was very interested in doing an excellent job and took the time to explain everything they had done and to assure me that they stood behind their work. I was able to pay them in cash and felt good about doing so. I would recommend Terry and his company to any of my friends and neighbors for any type work on any type of home.
