small appliance repair
+ -1 moreOn many occasions, I have taken home appliances (coffemaker, waffle iron, toaster, steam iron, microwave, lamp, etc.) to Star Appliance when the units stop working. Each time they have been friendly, courteous and respectful. If it cannot be repaired, they let us know within a few days and dispose of it for us if we want them to. When it can be repaired, they do it within the time and the price they gave us.
Description of Work: Two microwave ovens needed repair. One had been setting in the garage for a year, the other just quit. Took them both to Star Appliance and left them. Within two days, they told us one would not be able to be fixed without major costs, and the other was able to be fixed for the cost of a small part. They had the work done on time and at the price quoted. I was very pleased with their work and with the interaction. It is nice to work with someone who keeps you informed and tells you what to expect.
