DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH DAN SPENCER OR SPENCER HVAC! He was overpaid $400 of another customer's money and refused to return it after talking to him about. Admitted he was overpaid, but deemed it okay because we handed him the money. Even though he falsely signed the ticket with another company's name on it. Rude and dishonest guy. Wouldn't trust him to do work on my house.
