ServiceMaster DSI - Springfield Missouri

My primary residence and rental home were both attacked by hail. Both roofs were damaged. After filing an insurance claim, Service Masters came to my home, estimated the damaged and scheduled the work. The day the workers reported, there were about 5 Mexicans and nobody who spoke English. That wasn't an issue untill the workers started throwing the bundles of shingles onto the roof and when the shingles hit the roof, there were loud bangs and pictures in my home fell off the walls. My ceilings were popcorn style or textured and when the bangs happenned, little pieces of the painted texture would fall off leaving bare spots on my ceiling. My home was 1 year old when this happenned, there was no reason for it. When I reported this to Service Master, they credited the damaged to poor texturing by the builders. They never offered to replace the vase that a picture busted when it fell from the walls. On the other home, my rental, the roofers did not put an underlayment of the drip edge or whatever it is called that goes around the chimney. My roof leaked almost immediately, causing damage on the inside which had 12' tile drop ceilings. They came out about 2 weeks later and replaced the tile and put tar around the chimney. Of course it leaked again within a month. They came out, I pointed out that there was no drip edge or once again, whatever it is called. They then put a layer of the drip edge ontop of my roof tiles around my chimney and replaced the tiles on the inside, leaving my trim down and damaged that bordered the fireplace and the ceiling. I requested them to come and fix it, they didn't show. Another month went by and the roof leaked again. Once again I called and they came out, replaced the tiles in the ceiling, this time doing a terrible job at the groove and tongue process, leaving an unlevel surface and still didn't put the trim back up. They never did anything more to the roof stating that they had no idea why it leaked around the chimney and that I had to continuously apply tar to correct the problem. Prior to the shingles on the rental being replaced, the roof never leaked anywhere, let alone around the chimney.
