The actual first call went fine, that he was going to order the belt. Then he would be in touch to fix the dryer. But that never happened. Then I did reached out to them, at first there were no return calls, they didn't return the phone call immediately, there were coupled of phone calls and texts, with the main manager and I. At that point, there was nothing that, "we ordered the belt, and we will come and fix." it was just kind of "we received your call/text". Sounded like they haven't done anything. At that point, I decided that and tried to live the way it is, but the dryer, it was loud. But then I already paid them, so I reached out to them again. A guy came out said he didn't remember with the details anymore. therefore I was hesitant to have a service with them again. Saying they could come and charge us another service call again. based on the other things I've read today, I don't believe that they could come again and do the work. I believe it will just be another almost a hundred and sixty dollars and no work done. The one that I paid first and the second service call. There I think, I'll go ahead and reached out again, and see what will happen but I don't believe that there would be much difference from what I have read today. Let's see if they could come out and order the belt and not charge anymore.
