Every call we receive is logged with a date, phone #, if a call back message was left or if we actually made contact with the caller. In looking back at our records we see where you called and it was noted that we had left a message each time you had called. Occasionally the call back number may not have been written down correctly or was not able to be understood from the message left for us. We do apologize if this was the case. We appreciate your calling and giving us the opportunity to work with you, but we are only human and mistakes do happen.

I decided my attic had a lot of usable space to store items taking up space in my garage and house. However, it was difficult for me to carry items up the narrow ladder to the attic. After researching different solutions, I found one on the internet called Versa Lift. It was on their website, I located Scranton Construction as an installer in Springfield, MO. Bob Scranton provided an estimate for the installation of the Versa Lift as well as adding insulation to my garage's attic. I had to leave town so I ask if the work could be completed before my trip. Bob said he could complete the job within the next two days. I was extremely impressed with the quality of the work and the professional manner demonstrated by Scranton Construction. Even my car was covered to keep the dust and insulation from covering it. Clean up was great.

We are really happy with the bathroom as far as how it turned out and the workmanship that was put into it. It was done well. I liked that Bob Scranton sat down and did the estimate with us and he was willing to let us do as much as we could by ourselves because we wanted to keep the costs down. He was good to work with.
