Description of Work: It was a logistics nightmare. Overhead wires, privace fence on three sides, work shed in close proximity to the huge pin oak (not just big - huge), and a yard filled with shrubs, trees, flowers, and berry patches. Ryan's called in a couple of their specialists, a crane and crane operator, and the Ryan's crew and got the tree out without damaging any of the property. It was an amazing feat to watch. I am extremely happy with the job done by Ryan's.

Description of Work: Ryans Lawn and Tree are always timely in performing the services required for turning on and turning off our sprinklers with the changing seasons. They are also very quick to respond when we need services such as repairing broken sprinkler heads and such.

Description of Work: We had them come out to look at some Bradford Pears that had some black leaves (blight) due to too much moisture. Both had a very minor case of it. Their suggestion was to get rid of the trees. We said no. They cut out some infected parts, trimmed a few branches in these two and one small tree in the front. They were here about 10 min and we paid $125 :-(

+ 0 moreI called Ryan for a quotation when we purchased our home here a year and a half back. They were very responsive, coming over that afternoon to quote their services, and when he gave me the quote for their annual care I almost had a stroke! Their prices were so far beyond normal, I ran him off on the spot. I don't know why anyone would pay anywhere near what they charge for their service, and I was able to get my yard work done properly for about 25% of what they wanted.

Their website states that "they'll leave an estimate at your door within one business day" The first request was on April 7 2012 and the second on April 21st. I have yet to receive an estimate, call or email. Very unprofessional.

+ 0 moreWhen we asked their lawn care team who to have for lawn irrigation, they had their team come out to give an estimate. They were very prompt. They were thorough and explained the type of sprinkler heads needed for each area to create and maintain a nice looking lawn. We are very excited to say that they are installing the system immediately and we should be able to see the results soon. Everyone has been very professional and helpful.
Description of Work: We were pleased that they came out the same day we asked for and estimate. Lee checked out the lawn and measured to determine exactly what we would need and gave us the estimate along with their payment policies. After we decided to use them, they sent out a company to locate any underground utilities and will be out 3/12/12. We feel they have been very receptive to our needs and their prompt service cannot be beat.

+ 0 moreI was very pleased with their work. One person came back and grounded the stump and did it very cautiously so as to not interfere with where the gas line was even though it was closed. To me, they did quite a bit and charged me about $300. What I liked the most was the quality of their work. I would use them again in the future if need be.
Description of Work: I used the services of Ryan Lawn & Tree about a year and a half ago. They trimmed some of my trees and removed a branch that had fallen out of the tree on the roof. I had a type of evergreen that was near my car porch and they took it out. It was also near my gas line and they had the gas company come out and mark the gas line and then they came and did what they needed to do.

Every time they come out, they charge me a different amount, depending on what they do because they do different things at different times of the year. We had a special need because for the past 2 seasons we’ve had major problems with Japanese Beetles. We wanted them to do the grub control treatment to prevent the things from hatching as well as spray the roses and crape myrtle. I would recommend them to anybody. They are knowledgeable and clean. Once they finish, they leave no mess behind. They’ve been in this business for 20 years. I will definitely use them and this is our second year.
Description of Work: We use Ryan Lawn & Tree to take care of our lawn fertilization. They also do seeding, grub control and other stuff. The last time they were out here was June 30th.
