Windows are amazing quality and so easy to manipulate to clean and use. Utilities bills have decreased tremendously! I cannot recommend Rozell more!

We found Rozell Siding & Windows to be one of those rare businesses with excellent service, first rate products, highly skilled installers, and reasonable prices. What a good experience! When we bought our 17 year-old home we knew that all the windows needed to be replaced at some point. The builder had “cheaped-out” on the windows. We found five highly-rated vinyl window installation companies, listened to their sales talk, and got bids. That process was definitely a learning experience! Mike Rozell (owner) personally bid our project and he impressed us from the start - no nonsense and no prolonged sales pitch. He sent a very professional email bid with addresses of local homes we could drive by and see similar windows he had recently installed. We met at his office/warehouse to inspected full-sized windows and he took us to a job-site to meet his installers and watch the process. No other bidder had offered this much reassurance by letting us see the process and the finished product. We were very impressed! The windows arrived within a few weeks, and the whole project was finished in three days. The installers, Cody and Sam were a joy to work with, highly-skilled and very respectful young men. The crew arrived on time and accomplished what they said each day. They cleaned the worksite and made sure the house was weather tight before they left. And the caulking! Cody’s caulking skills were just amazing!! The new windows are wonderful and most of all, they don’t look like “replacements”.

Rozell Siding and Windows Inc.had a lot of samples of windows. We were able to pick out the windows whether they would go up and down or they would slide, they also had different type of cane to go in them and we got windows that can open and is easy to clean and they are double panned. He made suggestions as to what would be best for the house. He had pictures of other jobs he had done to show us how to it would look. The sales man was very good, he charmed my mother and his price was very reasonable, it was in line with other places that we had estimates from. He had what we wanted. When they got to work, they came and got everything done in one day. They had to come back the second day to finish the bay window and they covered up the area very securely for the night and they cleaned up all of their messes. They did the basic job, they didn't go above and beyond but they didn't mess up either. We will use them again to replace the two last windows that didn't get replaced.

I believe their prices are very reasonable. They are one of the best contractors we have used. They are very professional with competitive pricing. They do very good work and are well trained. You definitely get your money's worth out of them.

Called 1st day of work to tell us they were on their way, arrived on time, no trash left in yard from lunch,drinks, etc. Expected to take 2 1/2 days and finished on time. Owner came out last day to make sure we were happy and to monitor status of windows . Vacumed under installed windows inside. Small hook on window lock broke on one window when locking it approx one month after install, we call about this, no one returned call, but about 7 days later a service man called and came out to repair broken lock. No other problems. Have referred them to other people. Windows have lifetime warranty.

They did an excellent job. They made sure they picked up every little thing that was left in our yard. They took our gutters off and cleaned them out for free. The price was very reasonable.

The windows seem to be of excellent quality, and I recommend the Heartland brand windows to anyone. Rozell's framing and rough installation of the windows and doors was fair - fit was generally OK, but workmanship was marginal. Several boards were split by fasteners, cut too short and shimmed, etc. The real problem was the quality of the exterior trim work, which was pretty sloppy. I complained to the owner during the framing process, and some work was redone, but the work was no better afterwards. Water ran under the doors due to lack of caulk. Several flat pieces of aluminum trim were noticeably bowed, finish nails were bent over, fit was sometimes poor, caulking was incomplete, and window sills were angled the wrong way, directing rain water into the seams, rather than away from the windows. By the end of the job, I was convinced the workers either would not - or could not - do the job to my satisfaction. The owner said 95% of the public would be satisfied with the quality of the work and did not offer to correct the problems. I was afraid the more they messed with it, the worse it would be, so I paid under protest and accepted what I consider to be a sub-standard job.
