He did not rush the phone conversation and made sure we communicated well. Josh set an appointment to visit the property the next day. He called me when he left his previous appointment and arrived on time. He was professional in appearance and manner, courteous and friendly, and was happy to spend more time answering my questions than he did working up the agreement. His answers were complete and thoughtful. He was clear and concise about the pricing, terms and conditions, and made sure that I understood the entire agreement. I was provided a written agreement on company documentation that spelled out clearly what I can expect from Robinson Fence Company. Based on my interaction with Josh, I am very confident that I will be completely satisfied with Robinson Fence Company.
Description of Work: I contacted Robinson Fence Company via their website on Monday and requested that they contact me by Friday for a quote. (They have an online quote tool that was pretty accurate). Josh contacted me on Wednesday by phone and we discussed installing a 6ft privacy fence on my property. He made an appointment to view my property on Thursday at noon, arrived and we came to an agreement. Robinson Fence Company will be installing a fence within the month.

Description of Work: Robinson 316' of fence. 204 of it was shadow box eastern red cedar and 112' was black vinyl chain link. It took longer than expected to get them out here to do it. Worth the wait. They did not do a rush job. Took their time (4 days) and in my opinion did it right. Not the cheapest but clearly get what you pay for - a well constructed fence. Posts and rails all cedar. For the double gates they offered black painted metal posts. Black hardware and red cedar looks great.

 + -1 moreWeather did not cooperate the start time was delayed because of below freezing temperatures. Once they started putting in the fence, it was not completed quickly at all. We were in a hurry for containment reasons for both animals and Mother-in-law with Dementia. I was informed the reason of the delays when the weather broke was because they were behind with their customers When I met with the salesman I was told they would have the job done in 5 business days. It actually took 8 days

Description of Work: They built an eastern red cedar French Gothic femce around my backyard in two days. First day they dug the holes and cemented the posts. Second day they built the fence and two gates; cleaned up the property and came back the next day to replace a board that was split. Beautiful fence for considerably less ($1000) than the competition. Very good job.
