Description of Work: We remodeled extensively on our house, shifting to a modern look. It included knocking out a wall, updating all the trim and lighting, adding hardwood floors and changing the old hardwood to match the new. Adrian Rhoads and his team did a top-notch job and were wonderful to work with. On a scale of 1 to 10, I'd give them a 20. I highly recommend Rhoads Design & Construction.

Description of Work: We received a bid on some work from this contracter. He was professional and knowlegable. His price was significantly higher on some bookcases than another contractor but his price on our bathroom was comparable. In the end we went with the other contractor. He came highly recommended to us from others who had used him.

+ -1 moreThey were very punctual and polite. They showed up on time. They were overpriced. I think that they're a reputable company. I think they definitely would have done a really fine job but the dollars for what they were doing was just a little high.

+ 2 moreWe needed to remodel several areas in our 35-year-old home and decided to start with the basement. Adrian brought an architectural perspective and really fit our modern clean-lines expectations. He brought things to the table that we hadn't considered that saved us money and were a better fit than our original expectations. The project came in under budget (does that EVER happen). This company is a model of professionalism in every person that was in our house.
Description of Work: Basement was remodeled completely (large living room, bar, 2 bedrooms, bathroom & stairs). Flooring, ceiling, walls, appliances, finishes, etc. It now looks like a Pottery Barn ad!
