I noticed the drywall in my garage was becoming wet and spongy. I removed a section of the drywall to find a small but steady leak coming from a copper pipe connection. Rick drove all the way out to my house to solder and repair the leak. I know this was an easier fix compared to other repairs he performs, but it meant a lot that he took the time to help me out. He also cleaned the entire area where the repair was made! Rick is very personable, I felt comfortable letting him into my home and I feel that he is committed to doing business ethically. I will highly recommend Reliable Plumbing to family and friends.
Description of Work: Repaired water leak, which required soldering.

Rick came by and bid the job and began when he said he would. Because he fit us in around other jobs (we knew this up front), he would come and work long days to get to a point where he had to wait for another tradesman to come (do the electrical or put up siding on the outside of the kitchen, for example). Then, he'd come back and get another chunk of the project done. The job ran over by about a week or so from what was originally planned, but that was only because Rick donated his time and expertise to the Women's Shelter to put in a new bathroom. Again, we were aware of this, so it was not a surprise. This was the third job we have had Reliable Plumbing do for us (previous jobs were a bathroom remodel and installing a utility sink in the garage), and Rick never leaves a job unless the customer is 100% happy. He has a real eye for what works and what doesn't; is direct in terms of what he can and cannot do; really understands all there is to know about plumbing and tile work; and does not leave until the job is done.
Description of Work: We remodeled the kitchen in an older home, and Rick did the following: removed an existing window; sealed and insulated the wall where the window was removed; installed a new window on another wall; moved all the existing plumbing to another part of the room and installed some new plumbing lines for a second sink and wastewater line for that sink through a tile floor; repaired and replaced tile flooring and then professionally cleaned the tile and grout floor and sealed it; installed two new faucets and garbage disposal; moved the ice-maker water line to the fridge's new location; and installed an undercounter water filtration system. Further, he tiled the backsplash and around the new window.
