Re-Bath Llc

Four years ago (April 2008), we had Re-Bath of Springfield install new showers in both of our bathrooms. We paid over $8,000 for this remodel. Last month (May 2012), we had work done to where the contractor needed to go into the crawlspace beneath our house. At that time, he discovered we had a major leak coming from our shower which had soaked the sub-flooring all around it. We called All-Brite Re-Bath and discovered they had bought Re-Bath in Springfield, MO, and all their contracted warranty work. We were told all the shower walls, floors, and faucets were guaranteed for life; however, installation was guaranteed for only one year. We had a local master plumber come and check out the situation and were told that it was shoddy workmanship and poor installation. It should never have been installed that way. We ended up paying an additional $235 to have the local plumber install a proper drain. I would not recommend anyone use the Re-Bath company for any reason. They were not interested in correcting the poor job the installer did. We went to the corporate level and they basically washed their hands of the whole situation. They kept saying it was only a one year guarantee on the install which was done incorrectly in the first place! How many people go into their crawlspaces to inspect the job? We trusted the company.
