Very pleased with the workmanship and the professionalism was outstanding.

He was competent, friendly, and reasonable. He was not rushed and some plumbers are so rushed. He did everything right.

Could not have been more straightforward with what he thought it would take cost wise as well as when he could do the work. He was very accommodating. Great experience from start to finish. As a result of his fine work, he will end up running a gas line for the range as well as a water line for the fridge at some point soon.

Excellent service. Talked to Jonny and set up an appointment. Ray came out to the house to look at the job and give me an estimate. You always get an estimate up front before the job begins from Plum Rite. No surprises unlike some other plumbers I have used. Estimated the job at $350 - $400 but actually charged $290 which was a pleasant surprise! Did the job for me on the spot in about ninety minutes. Prompt, fast and very professional. Cleaned up after the job. Very friendly and personable. I would recommend Plumb Rite again. Ask for Ray; he was outstanding!

I called Johnny Gibson and let him know about the drip and our desire to do the remodeling in the bathrooms as well as the fact that the only time we are home is early in the morning. Ray was at our door by 7:45 the next morning and had the leak repaired in a matter of minutes. Since ours is an older home, and the dirt cellar is prone to flooding, he also did a thorough inspection of the plumbing and pointed out a few things we should keep our eyes on. He did this without pressuring us into thinking we had an emergency. He just helped us understand how the house was put together. Then, Ray discussed our options for replacing the toilets and gave us some idea costs and where to look at different models. After doing some homework and visiting showrooms, I called Johnny again and set up a time for Ray and Heath to install the toilets. In the meantime, we had also purchased a new vanity and faucet. The Plumb-Rite plumbers installed everything, allowing us time to clean up around the underneath the old vanity before putting everything together in the new one. All three of the Plumb-Rite plumbers are very prompt, polite, clean, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Plus, they show up IMMEDIATELY when you call, even on weekends.

The time from the telephone call until the plumber arrived was probably not more than 90 minutes. Due to a number of issues at play when I decided to replace the water heater, I felt like I did not have time to shop around. But later, looking up online information: the installed model sells for $400; installation up to 3 hrs, perhaps $225; replaced parts, perhaps $50; and about 4 ft of replacement duct, $ unknown. Water heater is in garage (open access, not closet), single level house and driveway (i.e., no uphill climbs). So, perhaps the price was somewhat high -- I don't know. Would have preferred an itemized bill, not a lump sum. But the technician and the service were good. No mess, appears to be quality work (it has only been one day), and when I inquired, he "educated the customer" well.

My sink and garbage disposal clogged up and drain cleaners could not do the job. I made a call to Plumb-Rite and they were at the house within an hour and had the problem solved within 30 minutes. Best of all is that Johnny took the time to show me what the problem was and how I could avoid it in the future. The quality of the work, and the affordable price far exceeded my expectations after dealing with some of the bigger companies in the area.

I called because I felt my hot water heater was running out of hot water too quickly. Turns out that my kids were just taking extra-long showers! Johnny checked everything out anyway to be sure and didn't even charge me when he confirmed there wasn't a problem! He was so polite and nice about it all. Would definitely call again!!

They did great work. They were done in an hour. The only thing I did not like about the work was that it was a little expensive. I spent $305 for a one-hour job. I thought even if the price was $150 for an hour, it would have been reasonable. I already had all the pipes; they did not have to buy any material. I just thought they were a little pricey. Other than that, they were fabulous. Everything was great with them. They were kind and nice. They communicated well, too. They followed up. I probably would use them in the future, but I would shop on price. As a matter of fact, I have some other work to be done. I will probably use somebody else for the work because of the price.

Ours was a peculiar situation, because we had moved out of the house where the water softener was located, so it was difficult to find a time during normal business hours to find a time to meet a plumber at the house15 miles away. I contacted Plumb-Rite by email just to ask it it was both possible and cost-effective to remove a water softerner "after hours." John agreed to come out on a Saturday, at my convenience, and although the pipes were older and presented some problems, he stayed with the job until it was completed and did not charge me for the extra hassle. It was a rainy day, and John brought booties to make sure he kept our floors and carpets clean when we walked back and forth to his truck for supplies: very professional and thoughtful.

I called their office at 2:00 P.M. they were here by 2:35 . Had main line cabled out and everything cleaned up shortly after 3:00! Could not be more pleased. Great service and reasonable prices!

Quickly asessed problen and went right to fixing it.

This was a commerical job. Plumb-Rite were very responsive to my call. They came out, evaluated the issues, gave me an approximate cost and we able to immediately begin work. When delayed to the appointment, they called in advance and got my permission to come a few minutes late. Their employees are very knowledgeable and competent. I would recommended them to anyone. I intend to use them for some work in the near future at my home.

I was happy with his service and the results.

He was absolutely excellent and we got him off of Angie's List and he had a 100% rating and we were very happy with him. She is 97 so anytime anybody goes over there we want to make certain that it is somebody good and he was just excellent. We thought that the price was excellent.

We had a clog in our washing machine drain pipe which was causing water to back flow out the top of the drain. I called them at 8:15 am in the morning and after describing my problem was quoted a price over the phone and was told a tech would arrive by 9 am. He arrived 10 minutes early. He (Johnny) was very courteous and respectful of my home (being careful not to get my carpet dirty). He snaked the drain pipe and explained what he was doing and why during the process. He was careful not to make a mess and cleaned up what little mess there was from the drain when the job was done. The company offers 90 day warranty on the service I was given. Very clean, courteous and I felt comfortable having the tech in my home. Excellent price; no hidden labor charges.

The gentleman was nice but he stained the door with his equipment when he went through. He may not have noticed it.

Arrived very promptly after my initial call. Fixed the initial drain problem quickly and installed second faucet (which had some complications to it). Price was very fair, and he was very helpful, including some consulting and insights on how to do some other repairs myself, as well as explaining how some other plumbing issues can be addressed. Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

They were able to come out the same day I called them, they are a 24-hour plumbing company. They did the estimate and then did the work and let me know what the problem was. They let me know I shouldn't have any other problems with it and the work was guaranteed for 60 days. They did the job in a timely manner and estimates are free. So far, I haven't had any other problems with it and I think they did a really good job.
