The provider needs to change the service area to be more specific. We are 12 miles south of his location in Spokane, MO and he does not serve our area.

It went well. All problems resolved.

Prompt , courteous and fairly priced. Will use them again if any plumbing issues happen.

Will Clowser answered our call, fixed the immediate problem and was able to show us another and potentially worse problem lurking in the background. He returned as promised 2 days later to do the additional work we requested. The 2 visits were combined and the service fee was waved for the second visit. All our drains are functioning better now. Will was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient.

It was great all around, Im very pleased and will use them again. I called Wed at lunch and he offered to come out the next morning which was a surprise to me that they could do it that quickly. The person called in advance and showed up in the window (8am-830am). He was courteous, knowledgeable and didnt make me feel dumb for not knowing anything about this stuff. He did the job requested, provided suggestions and made me aware of an issue that I will use them to fix. The price was also really good in my opinion. I will definitely use them again.

It was really dreading getting these things done which is how we ended up with 4 repairs at once, but they took that concern and worry away as soon as they showed up. Since no one I knew could recommend a plumber I looked an Angie's Lists for reviews and this company had excellent reviews. They definitely lived up to those high marks. The repair man was very professional and knowledgeable; everything was fixed within a couple of hours and that is after they came out the same day that I called. I would definitely use them again and be glad to be able to recommend a plumber when friends or family ask me if I know of a good company to use.

I had recently used this company for a previous, more major problem, and was happy with their service. When I called them, they were very good about letting me pick the time that was best for me. They were prompt and quickly had all the repairs completed. In addition, the following morning I had some concerns about the flow coming out of the new faucet. When I called the company around noon, I was told someone would be over that afternoon to take a look at it. They showed up around 3 PM and alleviated any of my concerns with the faucet. No repairs were necessary. They did not charge me for the visit.

I had been watching a very small leak I thought had been caused by recent heavy snows on a side porch roof. However, after a couple of days of getting rid of the snow, the leak continued. I called the company around 6:15 AM. I had to leave a message, but the owner Johnny Gibson called back in 5 to 10 minutes. I explained my problem and I had a plumber (Will) at my door around 8 AM. Will was very professional and quickly determined the leak was not caused by snow on the porch roof. He tried to figure out a way around it, but as a last resort, he had to cut a hole in the ceiling drywall in my kitchen to determine where the leak was. He found the leak fairly quickly (old galvanized pipe in a second floor bathroom of an older home) and determined how it could be fixed. He prepared an price estimate to repair the leak and to repair a couple of other minor plumbing items I had been neglecting. I approved the estimate and Will got right to work. He had to go pick up some parts, but he worked right through his lunch hour and had all my work done by around 2:00 PM. I was very pleased with the work that was performed and would definitely use their services again.

Perfect! - call was answered in a couple of rings - he dispatched someone within an hour - he came in an worked on it hard for 15 minutes before getting it unclogged. - he cleaned up after himself - he was professional, clean and had his shirt tucked in his pants (wink) - Best $89 I've spent in a very long time.

This is an excellent company that really knows about customer satisfaction! Rick was my technician and he is the epitome of professionalism! I can't say enough about how impressive this company is! Rick worked hard and got the job done completely and explained all his work. He was clean and proficient! He answered all my questions and made me feel like he really liked the work he had completed! They were awesome! Called because saw on Angie's list and owner John was very very accomodating. We live out in the boondocks and not his usual area but he came out for me and his technician was very professional and courteous! We have other work needing to be done and they have it scheduled. I was very impressed with the company packet I was given and just overall eagerness to please. We have been burned many times in the past and I could cry that we found someone I can trust!!! I love that I found them and so glad I used Angie's list!!! You have no idea!!!! I WILL use them in the future and will keep you posted on how it goes for sure!!!! Maybe this will change my mind on how contractors are in general. Very nice to see someone finally go above and beyond to please the customer and exceed my expectations!!!!! THANKYOU !!!!

After my previous experience with Plumb-Rite, I did not call another plumber for a bid on this job. They are prompt, professional and perform quality work. I would not consider using anyone else. After this job, I also called them to repair a running toilet in one of my bathrooms and received the same prompt, professional service. In my opinion , they are an outstanding company.

The plumbing was okay. They were fine, nothing particular. The workers were friendly, kind, hard working.

Rick spent a goodly amount of time looking for the reason our sewer was backing up. It has been an ongoing problem. He tried several things, then went all through the crawl space, checking all the pipes and connections. He gave me an estimate for changing the piping to allow a more direct flow to the clean out. He didn't charge me for the thorough inspection, finished the job in one day, and stayed under budget, which was almost $400.00 less than the other estimate I received. He was friendly and courteous.

Great. I thought I would need a few faucet, but he showed me what was really wrong. It was a pleasant surprise. My tech was very down home, polite and friendly. Never felt like he was full of ****. Owner was super nice on the phone. Had a tech here in less than an hour.

The provider's heating-a/c person did a good job of answering my questions -- and, so far, seems to have done a good job on the installation. But there was one discrepancy between what P-R told me and what the literature for the water heater states -- regarding the need for an annual flushing of the heater. There's some noise in my kitchen when the new heater is working, which I think might have been lessened by a floor installation of the heater rather than the wall installation I received, and the provider, I think, was slightly negligent in not bringing up that trade-off before installation. But so far the heater is working fine, and my walk-in tub is fully functional now.

I chose Plumb-Rite because of their great reviews. I called and spoke with John on 5/13/13 and he answered promptly even though he was out on a job. He indicated that he would not be able to get to me that day but could send someone out the following day. This was better than I expected since I didn't have an emergency. I had anticipated it taking 2-3 days before I could get someone to come out. John gave me an estimate of $89 to take care of both bathrooms and I felt like that was a fair price. He scheduled a 10:00 a.m. appointment for the following day. Rick called me the next morning approximately 15-20 minutes before the appointment to let me know he was on his way. When he got here he went right to work and had the problem taken care of quickly. He explained what he did and also let me know they also did Heating & Air work and serviced appliances. He was extremely courteous and professional and the cost was exactly what John estimated over the phone. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again in the future.

I called in the evening--8:30 pm or so and got an answer with a promise to be there the next morning. The repairman arrived as promised and ran a snake down the drain and fixed the problem. I had the repairman install a rubber disposal (sink baffle) that I supplied and was charged $50 for about 10 minutes of work. The original work was done at a flat rate of $89.00 which I thought was fair. Overall I felt the work was excellent and the fact that I got a real person to talk with on the phone was a plus. I would use this firm again.

Johnny came out and did a tremendous job! He and his team did the work professionally and efficiently. They dug a huge hole in the ground to replace the underground pipes and I was worried about what the yard would look like after they got done. I was pleasantly surprised when the work was finished and the yard looked about the same as it did before. My wife and I are already considering him for another job we are wanting to do in the future. Many thanks!

On a Sunday afternoon we noticed that our main sewer line was backing up and overflowing into our backyard. We have no experience with plumbing matters and assumed the worst. The plumber (Ray) showed up very quickly after we made the call. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Even though it was a Sunday afternoon and he probably had a lot of things he would rather be doing, he had an awesome attitude. He was able to answer all of our questions and made it very easy for us to understand some technical issues. He provided us with a temporary fix and made sure we understood what needed to be done long-term to correct the problem and gave us a fair estimate of what the work would cost. We called this company because we had used them for some minor work about a year ago and were very happy with the results then, as well. The plumber even cleaned up the debris that had washed out of the pipe, which he absolutely did not have to do. He went above and beyond what we expected and, although we do not look forward to any future plumbing issues, it would be a pleasure to work with this company again. As with our previous experience, we were very impressed.

Once again, John does a great job of taking care of a plumbing issue. We have used Plumb-Rite on two other occasions and were very happy with the work. This time around the drain line for the kitchen sink was replaced due to age. We kept experiencing backups. This repair solved the problem.
