Description of Work: Absolutely fantastic! We needed our main line cleaned out, they were very neat, and clean, even putting back plants to cover the area around the clean out. They also diagnosed the problem we were having with our refrigerator....in three minutes our technician knew what was wrong and had gotten a price on the part to fix it. We were all a little shocked by the price of the part (300.00), and he suggested that we look online. He was wonderful, knowledgeable and courteous. I cannot say enough praise for this company, we received two callbacks (day later, and a week later) to make sure everything was going smoothly and there weren't any problems. So happy to have a dependable plumber to call on now, and we found them on your site! Thanks

Description of Work: Fixed a clogged kitchen sink. The gentleman from the company showed up BEFORE the promised time on a Saturday evening. Not only did he efficiently and effectively make the repair but he cleaned pretty much the entire kitchen floor even after I told him that he really didn't need to do it. Finally, they charged me exactly what they said it would cost over the phone. Considering they came less than an hour after I called for service on a weekend evening, I was amazed at how reasonable their fees were. Most plumbers would have charged $150 just to show up. Finally, you can tell how seriously this company takes their customer service because they called first thing Monday morning to follow up and make sure we were satisfied with the service. Rest assured they would be the first people we would call the next time we need a plumber. Thank you for your exceptional service!

Description of Work: Toilet replacement. Johnny came by & checked out the problem. I decided to upgrade to a new more efficient toilet. He came back later in the day & replaced it. Nice neat job. Very professional & nice. He got the job done the same day earlier than I had anticipated!!!

Description of Work: Re-set toilet in Master Bath. I called Plumb-Rite up and they were very prompt. When the technician/plumber arrived he gave me a quote on what it would cost before services were rendered. Stupid me, I should have asked that question on the phone before I had them come out. My mistake. Ray was very nice and courteous. As an ex-builder (retired) I have delt with plumbers before. My brain was telling me this was an $85 per hr. job in today's prices for where I live. (Nixa Mo.) Unfortunately I was in a pinch and my schedule needed the work done now. At the end of the job as I was paying the bill, Ray told me he mis-quoted and the actual price should have been $155. What!, Obviously as the old saying goes, I should have been a plumber. He did charge me the $135 instead of $155, because of the mis-quote. I still felt I got ripped off for 1hours worth of work. If this is the standard for today's prices, then I'm way out of touch. They did the job. They performed well. They were courteous. But, I felt the price was out of line for 1hour's worth of work. Long story short, try and get a quote, or a ballpark for a simple job before you have the plumber come out. If I had done that, (my mistake) I would have called around for different prices/plumbers. Would I use this company again? Only after the price and job is thought out, and I felt it was fair. Next time I will give myself more time to decide who to use. UPDATE: In a prior review I felt 1hr worth of work was a little steep to set a toilet. Johnny, the owner came to my house today, and offered a full refund because he didn't want me to be unhappy with anything. After we discussed prices in today's world I came to the conclusion the price was fair and justified. He even brought a spread sheet to show his hard costs throughout the year and what each call generally costs him to perform. I was impressed with him trying to make things right. Not many owners would take the time to do that. They would have just shined me on as one of those customers you could never do anything right. He did say that new home construction is a lot less then service calls and explained the reason why. Being involved primarily with new construction in my prior life, I now understand the costs associated with my service call. Would I use him again. Yes, however I'm sure he would be a little gun shy to provide his services to me again. But if he was willing I'd be more then happy to use him again.

Description of Work: . My kitchen sink was clogged,no matter what I did I could not get it to drain so I had to call in professionals, I called and they answered right away,no leaving a message. I ask what they charged to unclog a sink which they told me. I thought it was reasonable, they did add extra because I was outside their area and they told me that up front .They came right away , went straight to work and made me feel very comfort. I would most assuredly hire these two young men again. They did a wonderful job and did not leave a mess.
