Description of Work: They carefully moved my piano on a special dolly and took it to their truck. The truck has a special lift made for pianos. They carefully secured it to the truck and moved it. Loading and unloading was very well done. I have used this company twice.

Description of Work: NONE of the piano tuners on your list are anywhere NEAR where I live. PATHETIC !!! When you get a piano tuner in Searcy, Arkansas, or Batesville, Arkansas, THEN I will be interested. Otherwise, this experience was WORTHLESS.

 + -1 moreThe job went very well. The entire hammer mechanism had to be taken out for service off-site to free up movement. Returned and replaced on date promised. The craftsman was very professional and provided some very interesting information about the pre-owned piano we acquired.
