She was very prompt,, on time, has a very friendly smile. She was consistent in her time frame to complete the job as promised. She was very efficient in the way she was organized in her cleaning supplies and how she took care in disposing old products. Everything was fresh and new. She was attentive to her shoes coming in and leaving. She made sure I was completely satisfied with her performance. She is very professional, caring, kind, considerate, thoughtful person. I was so impressed with her and would recommend her to any of my closest friends.

I have been using Penny's Cleaning for a few months, I really like the professionalism of this company, from the estimates & paperwork to their work attire. The staff are all very polite and friendly. They always arrive within the given time frame and get right to work on cleaning. If I have any changes or special requests they always take care of them, I have a large home and often rotate the rooms I want cleaned. They work very efficiently. In the past there have been cleaners that I have ask to specifically do an area each time, but was often missed or just not done, but Penny's team gets it done EVERY time!! They don't use heavily scented cleaners, yet the house just looks and smells clean when I enter the house. I highly recommend Penny's Cleaning!

At first I was very happy with the professionalism of Penny, the owner of the company. When I contacted her for an estimate to clean my house she was quick to come and look around and give me a quote. We signed all the paperwork and set a date for the first cleaning. I was excited to have her crew come clean so I wouldn't have to spend my days off doing it. However, my excitment was quickly dashed when I got home and found all the things that hadn't been touched! They apparently don't think dusting is part of the cleaning process as many things were not touched by a cleaning rag!! Light fixtures still had cobwebs, the kitchen backsplash behind the stove still had grease on it, the stairway woodwork was still dusty, the fireplace mantel didn't get cleaned, some mirrors did not get cleaned, the dining room table wasn't cleaned, bathroom rugs were still dirty, the cart in my kitchen was not cleaned, the top of the fridge was left untouched, cobwebs were not dusted from corners, baseboards were not cleaned....etc, etc, etc.....!!! So, I took pictures and emailed them to Penny. She then contacted me about the poor cleaning job that was done. She did apologize for my disappointment, but then made excuses for almost everything that didn't get done. For example, "they didn't clean the fireplace mantel because when she moved something there were two brown recluse spiders so she just quit cleaning it". Well if you were cleaning your own house and found a spider would you just not clean it, or would you kill the spiders and finish cleaning? And I was also told that they don't move "personal items" in order to dust. Are you kidding me?! How else do you get things clean? I had initially decided to give them another chance, but when I spoke with Penny and heard all the excuses of why my house wasn't clean I decided that I could spend my money elsewhere and find someone else to clean for me.

I have had better but overall they come and hit the high spots and do what you need. I will use them in the future.
