After 12 years and two teenage boys and their friends doing their worst, it was time to repaint our walkout basement. Paul and his crew did a wonderful job on the walls and trim both downstairs and up on the main level. They sanded and repaired all the dings and left us with a sparkling new home. They showed up every day on time, were very courteous and professional and finished the project ahead of schedule. Would definitely use them again and refer them to friends.

Contracted to have him do work. He kept delaying the work and after three months we found someone else. Everytime I called him he said he had not forgotten us....but he had. He does excellent work, is a nice guy, but, things didn't work out for us.

Paul and his crew are amazing! We hired them for an entire inside painting and wall paper removal. There were many PREVIOUS mistakes by painters that they had to correct; lots of wall repair from previous home owners; lots of wallpaper layered over many years without proper adhesive; years of cigarette,candle,and wood fire damage......they took on the entire difficult task and now our home is BEAUTIFUL. They sealed around trim when they finished painting which made the job look very professional. They were neat; extremely neat. I was concerned with any trust issues or foul language since, as a female, I would be alone in the house with them as they worked. NEVER an issue! I loved that I could leave for appts and not worry about our home. As far as price, you will find other painters that will do your job cheaper, but you WILL NOT find this level of professionalism anywhere else. This job took nearly 3 weeks. We have no regrets in using Paul Skidmore Painting.

He did the job successfully for me. It was a very good experience. He knows what I expect and that he won't get paid until the job is done right. That is how he operates. I have referred him to others. I will use him again. I have never had to say a bad word to him or about him.

Fantastic job. No spraying your neighbors house with Skidmore. Brush and roller only, by courteous, and professional crew lead by Paul and his son Skid. Extensive prep work, washing, scrapping, sanding, priming, caulking, etc. Quote included some cedar siding replaced and repair which Paul took care of as well. Detail oriented process from start to finish. Great clean up, no cans snuck into the trash, no tools or used materials left out, etc. Nice follow up by phone and in-person to make sure job finished correctly. Skidmore will not be the cheapest quote you get, but if you want a professional painting job that is beautiful and long lasting Paul's your man. Would definitely hire again, and highly recommended.
