Description of Work: First, I got double billed. I paid in advance for the spring and fall for them to come out and turn on the sprinkler system and do a back-flow test. I had to call multiple times for them to come out on both occasions. After both the spring and fall I got billed again, and I had already paid for it twice. I had to remind them to send someone out to do a back-flow test, otherwise, I don't know if it would have been performed, and I would have gotten a fine.

Description of Work: They repaired our sprinkling system by replacing all of the nonworking nozzles basically. It worked well throughout the summer months. We were very pleased with their work.

Description of Work: They performed the start-up and check-put of the sprinkler system in the Spring and just completed the drain and winterized shut-down of the system.

+ -1 moreVery well. It took a few weeks for them to come out, but when they did I was extremely pleased. Day 1 was spent tracing the lines and getting part of the system working. Came back out a few days later to complete the work. Pat is a professional. You can tell that he knows what he's doing. He listens to what you're trying to accomplish, and provided different alternatives. Hourly labor rate not cheap, but I think fair. I would never have been able to accomplish the repairs.
Description of Work: Broken lines and sprinkler heads for home we recently purchased. In addition, we have added several garden/planting areas and needed to have new types of heads/spray patterns.
